Review 1：Ice machine broke on 1st floor had to go to the 3rd floor for ice. Room wasn't cleaned had to go to the front desk for new towels.
Review 2：Nice place for the cost ... friendly staff and quiet location.
Review 3：I was over charged for my second night and when I arrived I was told they did not have my reservation, which later was found. DVD player in room did not work.
Review 4：It was a little hard to find.
Review 5：I was only there as a stopover and it was in the perfect location for that. There were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Review 6：Paper thin walls and ceiling! You could hear conversations, tv, etc. Even after shutting the curtains bright lights from the parking lot made it hard to sleep. The bed had very little cushioning.

Review 8：The room smelled like mildew and smoke, we had a non-smoking room. You can tell they had water damage the carpet was dirty and nasty. My husband got an headache from the smell and the beds smelled. I will never stay there again.

Review 10：The hotel was in an excellent location on Rock Road. We stayed 4 nights due to the death of my mother. Hotel was quiet which is always a plus. Rooms were clean with the Hotel staff getting clean towels to us each day when they cleaned the restroom.
Review 11：It was the best hotel I've ever stayed at for that price! They were clean and I didn't feel dirty or scared while staying there. Plus there is a Mexican place with good margaritas you can walk to :)
Review 12：We did not enjoy the free breakfast provided by the hotel. So the last 2 times we stayed we ate breakfast elsewhere. There are many places nearby for breakfast.
Review 13：We liked the price of this hotel that we booked through booking.com. Ended up staying here 3 different nights/3 different weekends because of the reasonable price. The first 2 times the bed was great-memory foam or something similar. 3rd time bed was fine, too.
Review 14：Threadbare towels delivered daily. Reservation was made for 3 people and daily we had to go to front desk to request proper number of linens. Also, side doors never locked any time of day. English speaking staff a rarity.

Review 24：This place was horrible. The room was dirty and smelled very bad. I can't even begin to describe the smell amd how bad it was. Mold all over the bathroom ceiling. They gave us one towel for 4 people. The carpets were so dirty our socks were black on the bottom.
Review 25：Desk clerk was a bit immature at check in. Room smelled like old food....we went and bought a bottle of Febreeze for our stay. Breakfast room was slow to be stocked when items ran out. Room smelled bad.....
Review 26：Good location, bed was good. Carpet appeared clean, and I have never seen a cleaner shinier bathroom floor! I asked for a ground level due to some knee surgery and was accommodated.

Review 28：The bed wasn't soft enough for me but I usually have issues with beds always being to firm for me so this is a personal issue. Also the bedding was very faded you could tell it wasn't new or fresh really even not dirty just very well used. The breakfast was lacking for me for many options, my husband liked it ok but as for me I would plan on eating out the next time we stayed here.
Review 29：I think it is a great price for one night but I wouldn't stay more than one night here, it's an okay hotel it has the basics. We just where in town for a quick trip so I went with this hotel.

Review 40：The entire hotel smelled like stale cigarette smoke, even though it was apparently a non smoking hotel. The bed I had was lopsided and the room just smelled awful. From time to time, I'd hear people walking through the halls yelling and carrying on without and sense of decency. Not once was I able to go out the side entrance to my car without having to encounter groups of shady people loitering right outside the door smoking and staring me down. The hotel is just a garbage hotel in a dirty part of town with sketchy people. I wouldn't book there again.

Review 104：After the second day of my stay, I had several minor issues that occurred; After cleaning my room, the maid forgot to replace the face towels and I had to call to request some; I had placed food in my refrigerator and woke up the next morning to the smell of rotting food due to the refrigerator breaking down which had to be replaced and the light bulb over the reading desk had to be replaced. Not complaining about these issues but had to call front desk to have them addressed. Last but not least, I noticed that there was not a Bible in the drawer next to the bed which I have grown accustomed to having access to while staying at hotels even if I didn't read it, I realized however, that I like having one available just as a comforter!

Review 106：Advertised a hot breakfast all it was baskets and gravy, and didn't want to put it out until 630 am. The room was not as nice as they were just 2 years ago when I stayed there last. Staff acted like it was a strain to do their job. Don't know if I will stay there again in future .

Review 114：The city is small and the social activities are limited. In April, the weather was also surprising. It was sunny and hot in the 1st day, then there was a storm next day, and on the third day the snow covered everywhere.
Review 115：The personnel were very helpful at the desk. The rooms were clean and the housekeepers did their job perfectly every morning. The hotel is on the Rock Road; there are lots of stores and restaurants on the road.

Review 118：The 'No Smoking' room smelled AWFUL!! The cigarette smell was in the sheets, pillows, curtains and probably carpet and walls too. I had to spray an air freshener and even then the stench of smoke was barely tolerable. If a room is being advertised as 'Non Smoking' it needs to be stripped down and scrubbed so there is no lingering smell. Or better yet, it should NEVER have been smoked in at all.
