Review 1：Absolutely nothing wrong!

Review 2：Fantastic hotel beautiful rooms with private swimming poolessons in the villa . Our room was decorated with unique pieces of art we had an open air shower and bath. This is probably the best place I have stayed in my life.

Review 3：A bit distant from downtown Lovina Beach, but its a cheap taxi ride away.

Review 4：This property is pricey by Bali standards but worth every penny spent if you want a deluxe getaway. This is the finest facility we have stayed in anywhere. Our room was more like a villa, exquisitely decorated, ultimate privacy and charm. Staff caters to your every need and the food is absolutely amazing. Review 10：If you are looking forward to the quintessence of tranquility over there and get away with your Google calendar, it’s right there. Room are quiet but are not dead quiet, you are surrounded by natural rythums, loud enough for relax, quiet enough for sleep. Rooms are great, you expect Balinese Room, not those 6 stars Glorious type. Surrounded by mother nature, good thing is you don’t got mosquito bites, hurray for the pest control. Balinese staff, you could expect warm and attentive service, manager is great there, good heart from buttom up, I don’t wanna name her I don’t want her feel weird but she helped me saved half of my diving cost. Ha, I know you will smile when you reading this.

Review 14：The location is in the hills above Lovina. The moment you arrive you relax. The view, the ambience, the staff and the food. Rooms are spacious and elegant. Thanks to Jacob, the very talented chef from Denmark, the food is some of the best you will ever eat.

Review 15：The room service was very long and the plate after service staid realy too long outside. even for breakfast in the bed room, the table didn't get cleanded.

Review 17：Our pool was being re-filled. No big deal, the hotel offered us reasonable discount and next day the pool was fixed.

Review 18：Location, surroundings, garden and food. Food at Damai is in category on its own in the northern part of Bali. Whether it is dinner, lunch, breakfast or just takeaway sandwiches all is of highest quality cuisine.

Review 19：Villa number 1 is too close to the noise of reception, dining/kitchen areas and the recurring reception music. Main pool needs some maintenance - loose tiles. Pool area menu limited and pricey.

Review 20：Very relaxing environment and very much away from the busy tourist areas. Fantastic breakfasts and very comfortable room. Not able to walk to any cafes and restaurants however Damai staff will drop you off and pick you up from nearby locations.

Review 21：Manager of the hotel was not very pleasant (he is not Balinese) They get you with small charges like mini bar is not free (was free at all other hotels that we stayed in) and 21% service charge on everything which we did not realize at first and were graciously tipping on to of this charge

Hotel is on the top of the montain, the fresh air, the small animals, the peace we're looking for... only about 10 villas, so it's not crownd at all; every night we sit at the porch or the small pool in the private yard with the starry sky. Hotel stuffs are very nice, always smile, always careful. the 1st morning we got up late, they even call the room to provide the in room breakfast before their deadline! This is the enviroment friendly hotel, umbrella, slippers, even the drinking straw, are made from wood or other natural material, all cosy and recyclable.

Review 32：Impeccable premises, grounds and services. Beautiful, warm and classy place. A subtle aroma of tropical flowers in the air. Delicious meals, presented beautifully. One of the best places we have ever stayed, given our extensive travel experience.

Review 34：We loved it! Our little cabin was compact but perfectly designed and surrounded by lush tropical foliage. The food was excellent and they were able to accommodate us well as vegetarians. The staff was great, management excellent, and we even got a chance to have a delightful dinner with Nils, the owner. Unfortunately the weather was especially rainy even for rainy season in Bali, but mostly we cozied up in our room and read. We had an extra treat as a nearby temple was having a major festival, which serenaded us with music and chanting the whole time we were there. We visited it one day and were greeted warmly and graciously by the villagers. All in all, we would happily return to the Damai for another visit.,

Review 35：Distance from airport to damai.

Review 36：Everything - a paradise in bali - away from hustle and bustle of citylife. Complete serenity and peace. Ideal for peace loving couples. Complete privacy and excellent service. Only setback was the long 3hr drive from denpasar to damai. But I guess the stay will outweigh it in the end if u stay long enough.

Review 39：The seating in the room was uncomfortable. The table over the hole in the ground seems silly and difficult to get up from. There was no place to open luggage except a beautiful chest that we put the floor cushions on to protect it.

Review 46：The Damai seems to be one of the best hotels in the North Bali Lovina. The rooms are very nice with outdoor shower and Jacuzzi. The food is good but a bit spicy. The pool is small but also quite nice. Damai is the nice place to relax after visit to other more popular Bali's spots. The only place in Bali we could order for breakfast fresh guava juice, the other hotels offer from can.
