Review 1：While I did not let the staff know, the room had an unpleasant smell, especially upon entering the room. The decor needs refreshing.

Review 2：The person who check us in was helpful with a suggestion for a place for dinner.

Review 3：We were travelling from Canada, so we had a long drive, and were veryout of our element. But everyone was so nice and considerate and made usfeel very welcomed and safe!

Review 4：We stay here frequently. It always impresses us with the courteous service, free breakfast, nice rooms, and overall desire to please. We stayed here first because of the proximity to the hospital. The discount we received when we mentioned we were there because of illness was a lot. This is the only place we stay anymore.

Review 5：They have free coffee around the clock in the lobby. The breakfast was pretty good. Lots of verity, waffles, beacon, sausage, eggs, Coffee and hot teas. etc. but when I asked if they had hot chocolate the lady went into the back room and came and said they do but it is .50 per package. Free coffee and tea, but have to pay for hot chocolate, shouldn't that be part of the breakfast menu?

Review 9：When checking, the woman at the desk wouldn't even look at my confirmation sheet with the information as my sister had also booked a room and we then had to get my brother an extra room. We would've felt more confident/pleased had she looked at my confirmation number so we would've all gotten the room(s) we wanted. It all worked out in the end, and we tried to get a room again on our return. This experience will not deter us from staying again!

Review 16：This was a great little find. If you want pools, casinos, bars....this is not the place. If you want a clean, comfortable, quiet place to rest your head, this is where you want to be. This hotel is nestled amongst some medical buildings. I'm sure that most the clientele have folks in the hospital and this is where they stay. Breakfast was really good as well.

Review 23：The hotel was okay. This is not the fault of the staff but is a complaint of other guests. A family of three came to breakfast and the little boy sneezed and coughed all over the breakfast area counter. This facility is next to a medical center and may explain the guests.

Review 24：The room was fairly quiet and clean. It was close by someone we were visiting that lived nearby. Away from the heavy traffic of 10th Street. First hotel that provided popcorn as well as a cookie.
