Review 1：The adress mentioned is difficult to find with some GPS. Should give the adress of the block also. When I mentioned it to the reception he didn't care. I lost almost 1/2 hour looking for this hotel!

Review 35：There was an issue with shuttle pickup at the airport. We ended up waiting an hour before they came from the West Valley location. The courtesy phone at the airport goes to the downtown location and communication is difficult for getting a shuttle from W. Valley. The night manager gave us a better rate to make up for the delay.
