Just 1,000 feet from the dunes and beach, Park Kerlinga offers spacious chalets. There are many facilities, including a soccer field, playgrounds, petanque and during summer there is animation for the children.
The chalets are very bright and feature a light décor. The living room is equipped with a seating area and dinner table. The bathroom is fitted with a shower and there is a separate toilet. Some chalets also feature a terrace, all have a private parking spot.
Meals can be prepared in the kitchen, which is equipped with a stove, microwave and coffee/tea making facilities. There are several supermarkets in the area. Guests can also have dinner in one of the restaurants surrounding Park Kerlinga.
The city centre is a 5-minute walk, here guest can go shopping. There are many cycling routes surrounding the area. Blankenberge and Oostende are a 17-minute drive.

Review 1：The chalet with a child had hot water issues. These were not completely addressed throughout our stay. The child had to be walked to the grandparents chalet to get her shower.

Review 8：The information given on booking.com was deemed to be incorrect and a hard luck attitude adopted by staff. Payment was demanded upfront on arrival in cash prior to viewing the site. The accommodation was unclean, and not as advertised. The staff refused a refund or to contact the site manager. After my first night I left and lost money rather than stay in this hellhole.

Review 11：friendly staff, caravan was very clean and comfortable, close to beach and shops also regular tram service close by which serves a large part of the coast, handy for ostend if you don't want to take the car, overall a nice quiet break
Review 12：Staff were great except for the old lady(whom I'm told is the owner's mother). She was very rude and unhelpful. Not what you want to deal with. Please find something else to occupy her time rather than work at the front desk.
