Review 1：We had to leave.
Review 2：The Hacienda is in a beautiful setting. We stayed in the historical part of the hotel and enjoyed seeing the photographs and sitting by the fire. The room was quiet and warm. Of the many many places we've stayed over the years, a stand out feature was the staff. To a person they were gracious, smart, friendly, responsive. They made the quality of the visit. Add to that the smell of juniper in the air with the lights and some of the best food, it's hard to imagine a better place for the holidays. and because of the cold weather, the cacti wore party hats!
Review 3：Small things could have made a difference in the comfort of the room: an extra towel bar in the bath, a couple of hooks in the bath for the bathrobes provided, a shelf in the bath for toiletries, a 3 way bulb in the bedside lamp to make it easier to read.
Review 4：Beautiful property, helpful staff, as obvious care taken of facilities. Authentic southwestern feel and hospitality.
Review 5：Loved the resort. It was a little messy with the construction going on but they left around 4 and all was well. The staff was exceptional and the restaurant was wonderful as well. Will be going back for sure!! Loved the horseback riding there also!!
Review 6：Coffee in the room was a nice touch, until you tasted it. The brewed in the lobby was always empty. Oh well, who selects a hotel based on their coffee?

Review 8：WIFI excellent! Room was spacious and beds very good. Staff was very helpfull. They have two restaurants which both serve good food. Nice Gym and swimmingpool. All in al we stayed here for three nights and they were very relaxed
Review 9：A/c hard to adjust in room--either full on or off. If ceiling fan running, ceiling light could only be operated by standing on the bed.
