Review 1：The windows opened!! I hate how hotel windows in Montana don't open, but here they do! A big plus. Also, there is a nice little sitting area with a table-nice sized fridge and microwave too. And so close to the airport!!

Review 2：We were late for the check in and front staff could have been a little more corgial ..Haven driven from Red Deer that afternoon we were a little spent.

Review 12：We were on the first floor, next to the outdoor parking lot entry, and the door to the outside did not lock. This meant that anyone from the outside could gain access to the hotel, whether or not they were hotel clients. We brought this to the attention of the hotel receptionist and she said she had received numerous complaints regarding this issue. The hotel is located next to a freeway and a truck stop, which at the time, had at least 40 truckers parked next door to the hotel. Every little noise I heard throughout the night awoke me. By the time we checked out that morning, the door had been fixed.

Review 13：The facility was clean and the hot breakfast was very good.

Review 14：Front desk staff is very curt to a point of making me feel that I was bothering them both on registering and leaving. At 11:00 PM I had to call regarding a couple fighting. this was handled. The sofa was very uncomfortable and the fabric was so scratchy that I had to put towels over it.

Review 23：Looks like a new hotel, even though I was told it is 12 yrs old. The room was very clean and the beds are new. The sink is in the sleeping area making it easy for one person to be in the bathroom while another is brushing their teeth or putting on makeup. The hotel is easy to find.

Review 24：The only problem was a group (family-young) moved in across the hall for last two days, children ran wild down hall - late at night - i turned into my mother and called the desk and complained!! They definetly called their room because i heard father?? scream down the hall for the kids to go to their rooms.

Review 26：Requested a top floor unit as I am a light sleeper. Given second floor unit which was fine until awakened by the people upstairs waking us up before 5 AM as they were getting ready to leave, Lots of walking, doors opening and closing loudly , Nothing horrible if you can sleep through it, but I can't and had gotten in late due to a twelve hour drive from out of state. not being able to go back to sleep did get me out on the road much earlier than anticipated for the next leg of our trip but was sleep deprived and driving.

Review 32：By the I-15, so it was very convenient to get to other exits quickly. We enjoyed having our dog with us, and in a "smoking" room. Denny's right next door (we didn't go to the hotel free breakfast because we wanted to sleep longer). We would stay there again.

Review 33：The staff was outstanding. On my trip to Great Falls my glasses broke. When I got to the hotel I asked the desk clerk for a sewing needle to fix them temporarily. She went well out of her way to get me what I needed. The breakfast was good quality and hot, with a wide variety of choices from cereal to biscuits and gray. The beds were super comfortable too!

Review 35：The room was oversize with a separate sitting area - almost an unheard of luxury in a room with 2 queen beds. Double sinks at the vanity made it easy to get ready in the morning. The shower had an adjustable pressure shower head which was fantastic after two weeks of low-pressure hotel showers. Upgraded Bath & Body Works brand of shampoo and conditioner was a nice surprise. The location was easy to get to, just off the interstate and close to the airport. Great Falls isn't a big city so everything is within a 10-15 minute drive. The front desk staff was very helpful, professional, and pleasant. Breakfast was standard hotel-issue waffle station with scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and biscuits. Cereal, yogurt, and fruit (sadly it was past its prime) was also available, as was excellent coffee and the luxury of flavored creamers. We didn't use the pool or hot tub, but they looked inviting. Everything was spotless.

Review 49：I love everything about this hotel. The Staff are friendly, hot breakfast was always great, nice big clean rooms and the beds are comfy. This was our third time staying and we will stay again on our next trip to Great Falls.

Review 50：Didn't care for the thin walls and ceiling. We heard people vomitting next door, sounded like people running back and forth upstairs. Rooms were dusty, carpet could use a really good cleaning, edging had not been vaccuumed. Fruit at breakfast was bruised and not appealing, rest was good.

Review 52：The quality of the bed was awful. The mattress definitely needs replacing-soft and lumpy! It cost $25 for one night for our fog. The price would have been the same if we had two dogs and stayed for several days. I do not understand why I would be subsidizing other dog owners. This is also a failure on the part of booking.com as the site does not list the cost for a pet, only that the hotel takes pets. I would not have stayed here, if I had known. The dog cost was almost 1/3 the cost of the room cost!

Review 53：The king bed was hard and very uncomfortable. We both woke with sore backs and headaches from the terrible night's sleep. I usually sleep through the night but I woke up about 7 times through the night trying to get comfortable. The eggs and sausage for breakfast were pretty awful. Even though the price was great, it wasn't worth the backaches and fake egg breakfast.

Review 54：The room was clean and bigger than I had expected. The Jacuzzi in our room was nice so I expected the price of the room to be more than it was. There was a boys high school football team staying in the hotel at the same time but we didn't hear them at all. The pool looked very bright and clean although we never used it.
