Review 1：That the front desk couldn't get the checkout right when we paid. They tried to charge us twice. They took a copy of my debit card I work for a bank and that is not professional at all. There was hair in the bathroom in the sink etc.

Review 14：The hotel room was nice, pretty big and very well taken care of. The customer service in the hotel and casino was great. It wasn't more than 10 minutes from anything we did which was great.

Review 16：The pool was way too small and didn't look clean. We had wanted to enjoy some pool time and it was too crowded. I also didn't like that they charge $50 up front in case of damages which I had not been made aware of and which takes several days to be refunded. The airplanes taking off in the morning sounded like they were going to crash into our room.

Review 30：The poker dealers made a mistake that cost me a sizeable pot and the floor and casino manager did nothing to rectify the situation. The casino manager went so far as to criticize me further on my handling of the affair. Shortly after I made my way to the Casino Del Sol and will choose them from here on out.

Review 112：The staff was great and went above and beyond to help me make my husband's birthday extra special and romantic. I had flowers and rose petals delivered to the front desk and a staff member put the arrangement in our room and sprinkled the rose petals around prior to our arrival and my husband was so surprised. Everyone was so nice and courteous. We loved the room, the private balcony and would definitely stay again or recommend a stay to our friends.
