Review 1：The following needs attention: 1. No Aircon in room 2. Only one sleeping pillow - at least two should be available 3. Could not get the internet from my room. 4. It is self catering but only had 2 glasses and 2 mugs available and nothing else...like knives, forks, plates, cereal bowls, etc, etc. 5. No Ice tray in bar fridge. 6. No safe in room. 7. No gate remote available for residents. 8. No small desk for business people to use in the room. I feel that if the above is rectified they will get a lot more business.
Review 2：Other than the issues under "What didn't you like?" everything else was fine. People very polite and friendly and helpful.

Review 5：It was a bit frustrating not to have a fridge in my room as the room was in the main building and the shower kinda ran out of hot water very quickly, but besides that, I was satisfied.

Review 7：staff not accommodating. booked a room and didn't realise it had a shared bathroom. they were NOT Fully booked, and when i asked to be moved to a room with ensuite bathroom told i would lose my money and have to pay for new room. left after 1 night they will never see me again Poor customer service they shouldn't even be on your books.
