Reviews for Riverstone Lodge
Review 1：Restaurant and bar was closed no warning when we made the booking. Leaking roof had to move rooms. Shower head was broken. Nobody at reception and nobody answering all the numbers we called in the evening.
Review 2：Firstly, there was no one on reception after 5pm and as we were only arriving at 6.30 no one answered the lodge phone or was there to check us in. If it was not for the restaurant staff we would have been stranded. There were so many problems with our room including being locked out of the room for hours as the lock failed. Finally we were moved to another room. There are no frills attached to this lodge.
Review 3：The restaurant was the best part of this lodge, staff were friendly and helpful even after hours.
Review 4：Too close to main road. Nothing to do. Swimming pool is too cold to swim in. Selection of dstv channels was poor. You can have a picnic, cause the area does not look well kept. A lot of money to pay just to "sleep over".

Review 6：The breakfast tables didn't have all the cutlery and I had to wait a short while until I got a spoon to eat my cereal. It would be good to have someone who is readily checking the tables and making sure everything is there.
Review 7：The staff were welcoming and helpful. The room is spacious and the bath tub is awesome. We enjoyed having it separate from the toilet as well. The whole experience was a pleasure.

Review 9：We were greeted by a friendly lady at Reception and offered a drink. She gave the necessary info and we wereaccompanied to our room. The room was spotless and we loved the interior. Spacious, comfortable with a cosy feel. Beautiful different bath set up. Very cosy. Room service was great when we oredered cappuchino. Thanks for excellent management and service.
