Review 1：The lady staff was very rude to us. We cant speak her language fluently doesnt mean that we dont see her rude attitude (with irritating voice almost like shouting at us, tight lips, no smile and icy cold look) at the breakfast. All that is just because we asked whether she has gluten free bread as my wife is celiac?
Review 2：Lovely hotel in excellent location
Review 3：The room couldn't be locked properly, so we wanted to ask the staff to get the lock fixed. There was no staff available for hours and we couldn't leave the room until late afternoon. Plus, if you decide to stay here you should speak French, because at times (e.g. breakfast) there was no English-speaking staff available.
Review 4：No extras in the room (no fridge, etc). The site stated it was ok with a child sleeping with parents at no extra cost --- there was an extra charge that was corrected after complaining. Misunderstandings -- not all the staff spoke English.

Review 10：After booking the hotel on Booking, I phoned them to make a reservation in the restaurant. they told me it was closed on the days we were there, even though one of the nights was a public holiday. Upon arrival, we asked the lady at the reception again if the restaurant was opened. She said not. So on the second evening, after we returned from eating elsewehre, we saw that the restaurant was open! We enquired at the bar, told the waiter that we said two times we wanted to have dinner there and were told twice that the restaurant was closed. He reacted extremely arrogantly saying that the woman at the reception was "only the cleaning woman and that she wasn't supposed to know this as she was not educated...". Instead of apologizing, he kept on being extremely unfriendly and arrogant and managed to spoil our stay there. We will not return to a place where we are treated this way.

Review 16：Cold, freezing. I booked a double bed and they gave us two singles pushed together that kept moving apart in the night. The bed was awful anyway. Very narrow and I fell in between the beds when they moved twice in the night. Hardly slept after that worrying about falling off the bed.
