Review 1：No complaints. A suggestion though to stick some felt under the chair feet in the dining room as they make a huge noise when you push your chair out or in.

The finishing, furniture and decoration is modern and allows for a pleased atmosphere in the common area and rooms. The Large Room with 3 beds overlooking the garden is very comfortable letting you feel like being at home.

Review 8：I loved the decor of the hotel and the size of rooms - they were massive! The rooms were very clean. The owners could not have been more welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was very tasty with plenty of food to choose from. I really appreciated the possibility of an early check-in.

Review 9：Wifi was slow - although the owner apologized in advance for this (out of his control as this is all that Telkom supplies to this area). It was hard to get the right balance of hot and cold water on the shower (perhaps the room was at the end of a pipe supplying other rooms?)

I really felt home and i was so satisfied with my room's size,also the bathroom was so big, the cleaning, the incredibly kind and on time people. I had already asked to charge me for my late check out but David, the owner, didn't! The shuttle was always available to everywhere with very reasonable price, so relaxing atmosphere,birds'singing, nice and delicious supper.So close to East Rand Mall.... Sure I will stay there next time.

Review 13：Not especially cozy. Atmosphere is kinda dark, but is still a great place to stay in Johannesburg.

Review 15：We arrived and did no know how to access the Hotel as the gate was closed. We had to use our phone to call for some one to come and open the Gate. Loss of electricity which made it impossible to access the Wi Fi/heating though alternative way was used to keep the rooms lit.

Review 16：The first thing which led me to humble myself was the attitude of the man who attended us. As I was a bit upset using my home mobile phone to call for some one to open the Gate which will cost me money, he was so calm and professional answering me politely by showing me the alternative way of accessing the Hotel.

Review 20：It's an easy location with close proximity to the airport. It also has many shopping areas not far from the hotel. Ronel catered to our every need. Even going so far as to allow guests to visit (and there were a lot of guests mind you). Ronel put out tea and coffee for us and made an effort to stop and chat for awhile.she was the perfect hostess and made us very comfortable. Tom's breakfasts were always waited in anticipation for and we devoured almost all on our plate. The hotel was not too crowded and was very quite. We really had a peaceful week there. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a break from the hustle of city life.

Review 22：Personel is very friendly! Mcloud picked us up at 3 in The night because our flight had a 5 hour delay. No problem and happy for us that he cloud pick us up with the kids.

Review 23：Easy to find, wonderful room and bed, nice people, lovely breakfast and a good shoppingcentre and restaurants nearby, only 3 minutes drive. Owner was so kind to tell us many things to do. We were there after a flight from The Netherlands, we come back when we fly home.

Review 68：The rooms are spacious with big super kingsize beds which can be made as two seperate beds on request. The owner David is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms and rest of the hotel are tastefully decorated, we loved some of the art works. Breakfast was included and offered a lot of choices including eggs and fried meats. The transfer to the airport was very reasonable and so was the price. Gardens beautiful and area very calm. The area is outside the center 5 kilometers from the airport.

Review 69：There was quite a bit of a mould problem in the room, both inside the cupboards as well as in the bathroom which you could smell the whole time. No safe inside the room. Every morning at breakfast, the owner would complain about how much the place costs him to keep up and running, about washing machines that break and cost him thousands of rand and the cost of lightbulbs and how much he spent to replace all the lightbulbs with LED lamps and geysers that cost him a fortune. He intrudes a bit on your privacy and keeps talking to you while you're trying to eat.

Review 70：MaCloud, the general manager came to greet me with a friendly smile and a helping hand on my arrival. He was very efficient with the arrangements prior to my arrival. The cook was also super friendly and it was a pleasure to have him around as nothing is ever too much effort for him.

Review 73：I think the owner or manager reflect a very negative attitude towards us because we were a gay couple. The hospitality was never minded in every sense and we checked out immediately on arrival. I will never recommend this place to any of my friends who is gay or even heterosexuals. 50% was retained for cancelling my booking wish I think was uncalled for because the owner or manager is not gay friendly.
