Review 1：We found check in was difficult as we had a request made and it was not on their file even though it was in my confirmation. The hottub in the pool area was disgusting. No jets, dirty water, smelly and not even hot.

Review 2：We thought the room was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the coffee bar had great coffee.

Review 3：Only complaint is all the dog poops on the green strip. I did not want to walk my little dogs there. Think a staff member should pick them up daily.

Review 9：Pillows need to be replaced. Kind of lumpy. I WOULD HAVE given a lower rating bc of them but everything else was so good. HOPE SOMEONE DOES SOMETHING ABOUT THE PILLOWS.

Review 10：Service from Nathan was excellent. Our TV was a problem. He found a replacement installed it, but cable was the real problem. He checked another room, TV worked and we moved. Problem solved. Great job, Nathan.

Review 11：They have elevators in everyother entrance/stairwell. So for a family of 4 with 2 under 2 i was very thankful the guy offered to help us. The elevator was small so not all of us could fit in one trip.

Review 12：We had a great experience. We came into to town the back way so the hotel was a ways into town for us. But everything was wonderful,beds were comfy. It was quiet, which I'll admit i was worried about being that it has an attached bar/casino. Check in was fast staff was helpful and friendly. The maintenence guy offered to help us inside when he brought the free crib (Real crib not just a pack n play! With a pillow and blanket!!!). So he helped us inside with ours bags and was super friendly. The bar makes amazing drinks. And is close by the shopping.

Review 13：I telephoned twice to ask about a handicapped room & about my young dog who is in service training. Took dog to kennel. Room we were given room next to ice machine that was so noisy I didn't sleep all night. Changed my room next but we left early continue our week somewhere else.

Review 22：We found the food in the Willow Creek Steakhouse not to our taste....it seemed to be pre-cooked (my husband's steak & baked potato seemed to be kept warm too long. My pasta dish was too bland for my tastes. And we are not generally fussy people. Quite easy to please usually.

Review 23：The hotel staff and the room quality were excellent! Nice and clean. Almost everything*(see below) about the hotel was great. The staff in Max's were awesome, friendly and efficient. The front desk people were super efficient and nice.

Review 24：elypltical machines were not working well, no free weights or universal gym, check in was a bit of gong show since booking.com FAXED the reservation and night staff could not get into the locked office with the fax machine - way more than we wanted to learn about the systems disconnect between the two businesses, took 45 minutes to get into a room which was far from the desk. Sauna needs renovation.

Review 25：Plenty of parking, Coffee shop in the lobby has a cafe setting, very helpful server, polite and pleasant young woman. Breakfast buffet is adequate - more fresh fruit and less salt and wheat-based products would be good.
