Review 1：Nothing great experience and I will be staying next time I am in town.

Review 2：Breakfast was fantastic, 5:30 Kickstart we had food and 3 Free Drink (beer and alcohol) free popcorn and fountain drinks until 10pm. Tim the GM was very helpful and really nice. Rooms were clean and bed was very comfortable.

Review 8：Our room was the most disgusting room i have ever seen. Upon arrival (we arrived late and exhausted) we discovered urine mixed with vomit and hair on the sheets and mattress. Room was outdated and filthy, I could have overlooked the old decor ( and the tiny bathroom with the door that even an average 150lb person could hardly get around to close) but the filth.....No. I am not trying to bash this hotel, they did change the sheets.. haha like i was suppose to feel better now, but that is nothing anyone would ever want to see on their bed ever! Not what I expected from a Hotel that just charged me $139 a night.The hotel was sold out due to the Covered Bridge Festival in the area so we had know where else to go. So happy that we only booked one night!

Review 24：When we arrived we were given a room that we attempted to enter only to find out someone was already in the room. Guess it was a good thing they didn't open the door and shoot us thinking we were trying to break in. When we told the staff about it they said they had no idea how this happened and had to call the number of the room to find out who was actually in it. Also, couldn't find a drink machine on any floor that would either take my money or when it did, it wouldn't give me my money back and I never got a drink. Had to go to the gas station next door.

Review 26：Breakfast seemed unappetizing. Eggs were cold, potatoes were stale tasting, and sausage didn't look fresh. Regular coffee was out and empty. Bin full of ice, but no yogurt available. Breakfast offering just seemed like it needed attention and improvement.

Was expecting this to be one of the main hotels for my clientsbut the toilet had problems, there was a stain on the pillowcase &the sheet, the pool was cold, the elevator took forever, it just was notworth the money we paid. I will not be booking clients here.

I'm assuming to take advantage of the free happy hour and free breakfast. The pool was so overcrowded we couldn't get near it, and there were tons of pre-teens in the hot tub. Maybe we just picked a bad weekend, but wow was it overcrowded!

Review 41：The only bad part of our stay was when my husband went down for popcorn and found kids running wild, popcorn everywhere and cups for soft drinks scattered. Don't know how management could eliminate this without eliminating the nice service.

Review 53：Evening snacks and drinks provided relaxing evening on site. Provided extended checkout time due to morning hospital procedure. This allowed us to return to hotel after procedure before beginning travel home.

Review 54：- Guest computer/printer in the lobby ought to be moved to a more private/closed off area. I didn't like having to check in to my flight and put sensitive information into a computer with lots of people walking behind me.

Review 55：-The free breakfast and evening kickback were substantial - Hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. Gave me excellent recommendations for a family celebration dinner - Drury corporation was also attentive with its facilities as it had both a/c and furniture/accessory replacement and repair contractors there during my one week stay - Rooms were very quiet. I had a corner room (#302) that could have absorbed noise from I-70, hwy 41, and the entrance to the hotel. I never heard any outside noise, even on my day of arrival which was right in the middle of "Diesel Extravaganza".

We also accidentally left our daughters tablet in the room when we checked out, I didn't realize it till we got home about 8hrs later. I called (thankful for a local #and not a 1-800) and housekeeping had turned it in, it was locked up in a safe. The friendly lady who was helping me made sure we got it shipped to our home. Customer service was outstanding, we don't get this very often any more! All and all this was a great experience and we will stay here again and again!

Review 65：Very noisy. Construction and drilling noises in the bedroom next door woke me up at 8AM. I had especially requested a quiet room. Then I asked for a late checkout but housekeeping was not informed, so they started knocking at 11:00. All in all, not a restful stay at all
