Random Harvest Cottages is a country retreat situated on a farm in Muldersdrift, Johannesburg. Every day guests receive a refill of homemade biscuits, filter coffee, tea and sugar in their room.
Each room at Random Harvest is decorated in a country style and has a patio. It comes equipped with tea-and-coffee-making facilities, a microwave and a fridge. The private bathroom includes free toiletries.
Waterlily Tea Garden in the nursery serves breakfast and light lunches as well as homemade cakes and scones served with homemade jam and fresh cream. Dinner is available on request and barbecue facilities are available.
Milking time on the farm is popular with children who also enjoy the chickens and geese that run free on the farm. The Cradle of Humankind Heritage Site is a 25-minute drive away.

Review 1：Tricky to get out of the car pergola for Unit 4 when other cars are in the carport next to the cottage. I prefer not to eat pre-prepared food for breakfast and skipped the second breakfast completely.

Review 11：I loved being in the peace and tranquillity of the farm and having my own patio and kitchen where I could enjoy my own company without being disturbed by other people. I especially liked that there are not that many facilities for children except for the farm - it is nice to go to a place where there are not so many children for a change!!! Thank you for all the lovely touches - I was in Lavender cottage which was so beautiful and everything is unique - not like your standard flashy hotel rooms that are all lovely but all the same! I am going back again and again.
