Review 1：Hot tub wasn't working as well as the sauna, but it was being fixed as we were leaving.. Didn't affect our stay at all the pool was just as warm!

Review 2：Hotel was fantastic! Staff went above and beyond and were very kind. FREE all you can eat breakfast bacon, eggs, sausage and so on. Pool was really nice @ clean and super warm!! Awesome spot for kids!!

I was quite nervous when I checked in due to the perceived sketchy neighbourhood of the location, the smoky smell in the lobby (there is a casino), the clientele in the lobby, etc, but was pleasantly surprised at how clean the room was and how comfortable the beds were. room was nice and big.

Review 29：Rooms on the main floor on the east side of hotel are located below the corridor above. Footstep & impact noise from the corridor was very noticeable inside the room. Although we requested a room on the 2nd floor online and then again on-site we received a room on the said main floor. Walls are below an STC 50 standard; speech noise from the adjacent room was also very audible inside the room.

Review 34：They should have a policy that children vacate the pool and hot tub by 9:00 p.m. to give adults time to swim lengths and relax in the hot tub. Every visit we have made the pool and hot tub are full of children from morning until quite late at night. There is no reason that an Adult only time cannot be mandated!

I was kind of sick the morning I was ready to leave, so I was a little late leaving the facility; check out was at 11 and I was leaving at 11:30am. She called and said if I didn't leave in 5 minutes, they were going to charge my card again. I was like "wow, how rude." I understand being late for checkout, but to threaten me to charge my card for another night, now that is unacceptable.

There is a lot of light coming from under the door, around the curtains & from both the light for the hair dryer & the illuminated button for the light over the mirror. If you like a dark room - not here i am afraid.

Review 91："Lobby" corridor in front of rooms, you can see outside check your vehicle and stay warm, the carpeted floor keeps it all very quiet. Breakfast room, very good quality and variety of food, never seem to run out of anything, very well attended to by staff. Rooms very clean,but showing some wear, very quiet especially on backside. Good location, handy to everything, one way street on either side, making it easy to come and go. Taking into consideration the free breakfast, very good value for the cost!

Pool area was nice, large, easy to relax, foose ball table, air hockey, TV's, pool was nice, hot tub and sauna were great. Any time in great falls would defiantly stay again.

Review 106：The Townhouse Inn is a bit of a trip from the freeway, but it was worth it when we checked in. The entire grade of the hotel felt superior to the others in a similar price range that we had used in our road trip. The exterior facing rooms are enclosed by a roomy walkway which allows guests comfortable access to all hotel facilities in any sort of weather. Our room was large and well appointed, with a large fridge, microwave and new flat panel TV with access to a large number of channels. In addition, the hotel is actually pet friendly and allowed us to leave our little Bichon, Pooka, in the room when we went out for supper. They also lent us a dog bowl and gave us several dog biscuits, which Pooka loved. Overall, the staff were very nice and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and well served.
