Review 1：Booking.com guaranteed our room to check in by 2AM. on The 27th. When we tried to check in the desk clerk/ owner refused to give us our room. Stating our reservation wasn't good until after 1PM on the 27th. I had to pay for an extra night in order to get into our reserved room at 2AM on the 27th. The heater didn't work in our room. Owner eventually moved us to another room. We checked out a day early, the owner charged us for all 5 nights. He refused to honor Booking.com's only pay for the nights you stay guarantee.
Review 2：Low nightly rate and having a microwave and mini fridge in room was nice but not enough to stay again.
Review 3：The room had no towels or washcloths, the nightstand had cigarette ashes. The caulking on the bath fixtures were dirty and moldy. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Review 4：The only thing good was the location. The staff was ok but not that good.
Review 5：Very run down rooms. We just needed a room to get a few hours sleep while traveling and the room served that purpose but glad it wasn't multiple nights. Would not stay here again. Rooms are old, holes and cracks in the wall, outdated bathrooms, burn holes in curtain, refrigerator did not work, linens looked stained and dirty. Bed was hard oy 3 pillows on a queen and they were hardly able to be considered pillows

Review 7：Air didnt work very good. No working ice machines. No locks on inside of door. Wifi didnt work. Picked up wifi from another hotel. Couldnt connect to this ones wifi.

Review 13：Room was advertised as "newely remodel" unless you count painting a wall a remodel, it was not. The carpet was stained, bathroom door had a hole in, the bathroom itself was in poor condition with mold and broken tile. The bedspread had cigarette holes. I paid for 2 nights but did not stay the second night.

Review 41：Needed safety pins to keep drapes closes (1st floor) huge spider onwall Condums (New and used) behind headboard and night stand. I toldmanager, but nothing was done (3 day stay) Noisy people arguing inparking lot at night.

Review 45：Upon closer inspection of the room, the bathroom was not very well maintained. Tiles were not grouted to the wall, cigarette butts in the sink drain, blood stains on the bedding, and the door did not dead bolt/close properly.
