Review 1：It took several tries with a defective room key. Finally was given a different room and key that worked. Staff was accomodating.

Review 3：Need more towels, only had enough for a shower and no extra! Did not like the channels that were provided on tv, lakinf Discovery ID, GSN, and others I was looking for and not on list.

Review 5：We returned to our room around 4pm on Saturday and room had not been cleaned yet. Went downstairs to get towels from front desk, while I'm talking to one assistant, another decided to interfere in conversation while assisting a customer on the phone.

Review 16：Restaurant Staff was extremely unfriendly. For the money that is paid to stay there, I would think think the restaurant staff would be better. Waited forever to get served. Lone star was the worst. The Mexican and Italian place were the best. Would never stay there again or recommend it to anyone.

Review 18：the rooms were not ready when we got there. My room did not get cleaned untill sometime around 6 or 7 Saturday night. The cable did not work in my room The discount that I was told I would get was not on my statement when I checked out. When they are as full as they were that weekend they need to make sure they have enough staff on hand. Also the card readers did not work witch as far as I am concernd create a safty issue and is very unsatisfactory.

Review 26：The room was clean and bed was comfortable and clean. The room had been remodeled so it was nice. Television was not working but staff promptly corrected that situation and I had a wonderful stay.

Also did not get any reward points AGAIN because a third party picked it up, but I went straight into Comfort Inn website. I have been a reward member for 5 years and have never received any rewards yet...????? So the hotel itself is great, but no hot water to shower or check in was so long....

The location was great if you have small kids or older kids. all attractions were only 5 minutes maximum down the street. Review 50：The room was spaceous and very comfortable and clean.....it was easy to get to and not far from Shopping or Restaurants .....The Staff were very helpful, I called ahead to check on being able to park an 18-wheeler and even though they do not have a desinated parking area, the man that I spoke to was very nice and gave me instructions on how to park....when we arrived, the same nice man gave us a room that the window faced where we were parked so that we were able to keep an eye on my husbands truck.......We would definatly stay here again !!!

Review 52：Some fellow coworkers and I traveled down for a weekend conference. I picked comfort in because I have stayed at your chain before and I had satisfactory stays and your rooms are clean and up to date. This stay however was very unsatisfactory. We were woken up three times by the fire alarms. It was very loud, frightening and frustrating once we figured out there was no actual fire. And it wasn't easy to go back to sleep after the first two alarms. When the third alarm went off at 5:20 am it became infuriating. We had to be up by 630 and at our conference by 730. We sat in a 8 hour work conference annoyed, exhausted and unable to focus. I told your front desk staff how I felt about my stay and they had nothing to say but "sorry, would you like your receipt".

Review 61：Staff was incompetent! Room smelled musty and strong smell like a poorly kept nursing home. Bathroom shower fixture broken and the internet was so slow as to be nonexistent. The front desk clerk warned that even though there were over 20 internet options "you will get kicked off but just try try try again or try another site". We asked for a shuttle from the airport and when we called to find out where it was, we were told.. well she'll be there in 30 min.. every time we called we got the same message.

Review 121：We checked in pretty late, like 11pm. Our family and another couple came into the lobby at the same time. Two employees came out of the office but only one greeted us and was very slow at making our check-in and getting us the room. The other employee said, "You got this?" and walked away. It made me very uncomfortable that the other couple had to wait for our family to check in. It seemed to take her forever. I would have loved to been able to check in earlier to enjoy the comfy bed and room a little longer.
