Review 3：The building is awful, not maintained and literally faces the highway. The room was ugly, very dirty (bed linen, towels, walls, carpet) and noisy. The bed was so dirty that I woke up in the morning with bug spots. Internet did not work in the room. And the place is not even that cheap. In conclusion: run from that place, it shouldn't even exist!!
Review 4：Had to change rooms cause the doors didn't work. Second room was filthy. Couldn't open the door from inside. It clearly had not been cleaned.

Review 17：I missed coffee pot refridgerator But it's right on a freeway and the fan/air didn't work so the noise of the traffic could not be drown out. We got small discount because of it but $4 was not enough to compensate inabity to sleep. Still I would stay there again might pack my own fan. The staff are fantastic!!!!!!!!!!

Review 52：Many people told me regall inn have very bad reputation. Room was 107$per day. I booked on net before one month at 74$ per day but they forceto charge me 107/ day. Room was dirty. No shampo in wasroom andshower was very very small. Hotel security was also very bad many peopletold me don't live in this hotel but other all hotel was full due togems show.
Review 53：I had just never seen a durtiest hotel room in my life... and I have been traveling a fair bit! I don't think they even had washed the bed shits. Worst of all I woke up and realized the bed was FULL of BED BUGS! My face was full of bites, it took me a month to make sure I didn't bring any back home. Worst of all, I of course left the hotel and they agreed to pay me back the 3 nights I was canceling. They did print a receipt but the money never went through and after calling them repititively for a month with them lying to me on the phone, saying it was going to be done etc.. they just finally admited they had no intention to pay me back, and I had to go to the bank. Overall a traumatic experience! There is no good reason you should stay in that hotel.

There were many prostitutes and drug users, they deny refundsafter 15 minutes so we couldn't go anywhere else. They said novisitors after 10 which is something that is strictly enforced and thendidn't enforce it. There were drug deals going on all night. Therewas a used tissue right next to the television set which didn't workand had to be turned off and back on in order to see the picture.Everything was dirty and kept shoes on the entire time. The only reasonthat we stayed here was because we were on a budget and had committed toa trip but we will never ever stay there again, worst hotel by far.

I had to goto office and ask for towels every day, Room was as pretty big mess. Wasadvertised to have microwave and refrigerator. None. No smoking roomsmelled like smoke.

The room was noisy-- across from the I-10,but I slept through the traffic noise. However, one night, the guests inthe adjoining room were noisy from 2-3 A.M. and kept me up.It is a barebones 1960's motel with clean, but worn out linen.

The location is alright (especially forthe gem show), despite being right next to the highway (very loud). Thepillows might as well have been non-existent, even with 2 pillows itfelt as if my head was not supported. The walls were pretty thin, youcould hear almost everything.
