Review 1：Rooms were unbelievably small and uncomfortable. The "continental breakfast" was a bag of bagels and a pot of coffee. Seriously.

Review 3：Room is tight with two queen beds. We were there during the off season. It might be noisier with more guests.

My husband and I traveled with our 4 mth old son, and rented the Deluxe King Suite, and there was more than enough room for our family. The stove was brandy new, and the common area was maintained beautifully. There was privacy and enough grills for 3 different families to bbq on. We will be back next year!!!
Review 17：Bed was great in the room we had..very clean..wished though, that there had been a place to put suitcase on....nothing but the table...and no outdoor pool...we were bummed!!
Review 18：The hotel was fine, but the town was filled with abandoned hotels, motels, and restaurants. Kind of creepy. The hotel was about a mile from the beach and we had to pay $15 for parking.

Review 31：When we booked the room it said there was an indoor pool and a jacuzzi . There was neither . There was a function going on next door to the motel and there were a lot of people that were attending the function that were also staying at the motel. They met outside of our room and were very loud both during the day and at night.

Review 50：The rooms are really comfortable and clean, the staff was always making sure if was everything fine. Everything that we needed was provided fast. Because it is on main st of South Yarmouth is close to many restaurants and other activities. And the pool and the hot tub is awesome.
Review 51：Minor items. Unit didn't have tissues and the tv could use an upgrade to a larger flat screen tv that could be viewed from the bed. But these wouldn't stop us from returning.

Paper goods available in office upon request. The manager saw me in the pool and opened the hot tub for me. Anytime we saw him, he asked if we needed anything. The bed was comfortable. Recent updates in the bathroom- new big sink and tub surround. The area was fairly quiet despite being on rt 28.
