Review 1：Not so clean, especially the outdoor pool water. Walk the talk: an agreed discount during check out was not finally done.

Review 3：Breakfast was a bit scarce on variety but nothing major. Food was pricey (as expected in a hotel ). Check in took an hour because room was not ready at 15:00 as promised, so we had to wait in lobby.

Review 4：Great staff. Always eager to help and with a smile. Good food, fantastic location and beach service. Room was clean , towels and bed sheets were fresh and bathroom / shower was ok.

Review 5：Could use a few more younger guests, but our stay was a couple weeks BEFORE the season began, so it was understandable. The town itself is a little sketchy, but the beach where the hotel was located was a little more remote than the more crowded area, which was perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Review 6：Gorgeous high end hotel with lots of local flavor, from decor to dining options. Multiple restaurants to choose from, two (2) great pools and a very cool lobby to hang out in when you need some laptop time. The staff were wonderful and helpful.

And the last but not least you just cross the street and are at the beach where they install you seats for your family upon your arrival . I love this hotel not the first time we go there and I highly recommend it .

Review 47：The hotel has a grandeur about it. Excellent service, plenty of varietyfor food, comfortable, large rooms. A real understated luxury. Too manyluxury hotels feel like disney world, good fake representations of whatreal luxury is. It's the real deal here.
