Review 1：The last two days of our stay was not very god because we had no water at all and nobody informed us of what was happening.Very poor management but still I praise the reception stuff

Review 9：Unfortunately the hotel has gone down in recent years. Its not being cared for properly and I think the 'manager'on duty is not really trained in hotels..... or certainly thats what it seemed. There was a guy on duty with the receptionist who seemed to be the 'Mr Fix it' but when he came to fix our air conditioner it became apparent that he didnt know about air conditioners at all.... he thought that 26C was a cool temperature and didnt understand that the unit outside was not operating (other than the fan) so the aircon was not going to work. They changed our room and the air con worked fine although there were missing pieces of furniture in the room which left great open spaces!

Review 12：Despite having budget for a pricier hotel nearby, I chose to go back to Airport Inn for the pure fact that it feels more like a second apartment I own than a hotel. I just love them. Awesome awesome awesome...

Review 13：The shower was leaking. The restaurant wasn't great at all. The fire extinguisher was empty and a big concern. There is a lot of potential.

Review 21：My only complaint is not with hotel, it is with booking.com. I used the app to book a second night and got confirmation but then the hotel couldn't accommodate me. But this is the second time this has happened with the app at two different hotels.

Review 22：Considering it was a last minute booking at a place next to the highway in the industrial area around airport, I wasn't expecting much if anything at all. How wrong I was! What an AMAZING PLACE!!!! Blown away, really am!

Review 29：Lady crying and then talking all night. Curtains don't close properly and then too much light streams in - not dark enough to sleep! Address was also wrong - Inn is in Isando and not Edenvale - GPS did not pick up Electron street in Edenvale!!!

Review 33：The Kitchenette is very badly stocked - pots, plates, cutlery less than bare minimum to prepare a meal. A microwave is mandatory in a modern kitchenette, especially if the available pots already contain prepared food. other touches such as salt satchets and dishwasher satchets, more than one dishcloth would also help.

Review 34：The fact that a suite is provided is good. I must say however that expectation is raised only to be followed by disappointment as the kitchenette is very badly stocked - it is not really functional. The rest is adequate.

Review 35：There was dust in the kitchen and hair in the bathroom, stains on the couch. The place needs a revamp outside otherwise it's nice inside. Emphasis on cleaning would be great though.

Staff responded quickly to some issue in the apartment. No microwave as stated in listing. Didn't offer a late check out without paying additional money. Charged for transport to airport. (only 4 km away) Room next to major highway with very noisy traffic. Had listed rooms that were cheaper than those on Booking.com. Very few tv channels.

Review 51：That there was no réservoir of water for the whole hotel. Otherwise the staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and we'll ventilated.

Review 52：On the material day there was no water in that part of Gauteng and as a result the hotel was hit with this shortage, forcing tenants to use water from the pool for toilet. Hotel must have a réservoir.

Review 54：The lift was not working and the pool was covered as if it was not available for use. The television needed an aerial and I thought there was dstv as it was mentioned in the website that each suite does have it.
