Review 1：Since the building was nearly empty the pancake machine was not operational. There were cereals, toasts jams and yogurt but no fruits or other hot foods such as eggs, sausages, ham or bacon.

Review 2：King suite with spa is a little extravagant but it's our yearly tradition to make an escape relaxation excuse at Christmas time as a gift to each other. Because of the time of year this large hotel had only two occupied rooms and two staff members. The heated pool was all to ourselves at any moment. We shared breakfast with travelers from Alberta. The spa is separate from the bathroom. Two large flat screen TVs and a double animated fireplace gave a soft glow and occasional soft crackling sound of burning logs throughout the winter night. Private door to our vehicle as well as inside door to our reserved VIP section. Staff was friendly and stress free. Fully bilingual staff could address us very well in french.

Review 3：had a suite. great rooms. One suggestion, the work area with desk and office chair needs better lighting. An additional light is required. That area of the room is far to dim for working.

Review 8：1 hour from the Rocks park entrance, and 1 mile from downtown. It is easy to get in/out of and was very quiet. Lots of chain restaurants near by and only 5 minutes from the city center and "fun" restaurants.

Review 9：The wifi would cut in and out and I could not gain access for one entire evening and morning. To be fair this could have been an issue with my computer.

Review 10：I enjoyed the fact that my room was directly by the elevator, no room on one side so it felt like we were there completely by ourselves. The hotel was so quiet even though they were full up all weekend. I like the fact that while I stayed in my room all day and relaxed there were no visits from hotel cleaning staff as has happened in other establishments and they did not enter my room while I was out. The staff were also very helpful when I had difficulty gaining access to the wifi.

Review 11：Front desk staff is very friendly, but I did not like waiting for 1 hour in from desk to get a room. I am a regular costumer for this hotel and I think it should be taken into consideration. I don’t know what the rules are for quite time, but my last experience was not very good, because they were kids running around until 2:30 am and I did not sleep.

Breakfast room was very small and people had to eat their breakfast in the lobby. Also did not have much to choose from the snack room, the lady at the front desk said it was because it was the weekend (shouldn't they have more because it was the weekend and parade weekend at that).

Review 70：When we arrived at the hotel we discovered that our reservation, made through booking.com, had not been dispatched to the hotel. They had no record of our reservation and, due to a youth hockey tournament, were completely booked. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, doing everything they could to rectify the situation. They called to a partner hotel, the Chateau Moncton, and arranged for us to have a room there. I expected to just pay my confirmed Best Western rate at the more expensive hotel but when we arrived at the Chateau Moncton we were told that the Best Western had taken care of it and we wouldn't be charged. Exceptional customer service to make good on a communications error to ensure we were happy customers in the end!

Review 71：we booked two queen beds but upon arriving to our room we had a king and a pull out couch, not what I had asked for and the hotel had no rooms available when I returned down with my concern. Had I known that the rooms were not available I would have booked elsewhere

In the past, I've stayed in hotels (not necessarily Best Western) whereby I was not sure the sheets were replaced with clean ones after previous customers. That was scary! If I ever found out the bedding was not replaced with clean ones, I'd never stay again. So thank you for providing clean ones.
