Review 1：The only thing we didn't like was that our room was next to the elevator and steps so it was very noisy. I would recommend asking for a room away as the doors did not seem sound proof.

Review 2：The property is beautiful and the staff were very professional. The restaurants were great. I would definitely stay there again as I felt like I was in a vineyard in Europe. They gave us a nice bottle of wine for my husbands birthday and all the amenities were very high quality.

Review 3：For an additional 35 dollars was offered a upgrade thinking I was getting something more. Turned out was only on 2nd floor vs 1st floor not really a big difference.

Review 5：Everything is very nice until we sleep. Room tempture is very cold even if increase temp by using air conditioner panel. We can't sleep almost all night because noisy air conditioner's fan sound is very very loud !

Review 14：Minor, but important to us. We had advance reservations at the restaurant and asked the desk to change the time. We didn't know there were 2 restaurants and the person at the desk did not ask which restaurant. We thought the one we saw checking in was the only one and therefore missed going to the Ponte Restaurant where the reservation was made. Our fault in not knowing about the 2 restaurants but the person at the desk should have informed us of that.

Review 15：Loved the mission style and all the tile and fountains, gardens, etc. Took a wine tour which we enjoyed as well as the wine.

Review 16：Given the climate a pool and hot tub would be welcome. Staff made some lame excuse about it. Couple of minor snafus with the staff as well ... keys to the wrong room, for example.

Review 70：1. Such high beds are very hard for some people to get in and out of with out a step stool. Would have liked two sinks. 2. The service in the restaurant was terrible. At breakfast we waited 30 minutes to be seated and no one was there. We were told that too many people came in and the kitchen got backed up. No one offered us coffee or suggested something we could have that didn't require cooking. When were seated we waited for someone to come and give us a menu, when we did get coffee, it took forever to be served and no one offered refills. Having been in the restaurant business, it was hard to see such a beautiful place not have some one making sure that the problem in the kitchen did not become the center of attention. I believe that properly trained people and management would have seen to it that the guests didn't just stand and wait and then sit and wait. I believe for the price a mint on the pillow would have been nice.

Review 79：I should have asked for 2 Queen beds in the room. Not sure if that's an option. Double beds were a little small for us. The 11:00 check out time is a little early. It would be great if it could be a little later.

Upscale 5-star amenities including light indicator to alert housekeeping, 4-person sized shower, extendable magnifier mirror, expresso maker, armoire for storing suitcase, extra large patio with comfortable furniture and many other upgraded features. Elegant decor and natural beauty solid wood suite doors enhanced the feeling of 5-star accommodations. The extra wide hall outside rooms provided sound barrier to afford quiet all night long. Beds, pillows and inens were top of the line allowing for uninterrupted sleep.
