Review 1：We were on the third floor next to the freeway. We had been out of town for over a week so we each had one big bag. There were no elevators and no one to help us. (2 women)

Review 3：The management is awesome. Great value. Great location. Very accommodating. Older site, but rooms very nice. Our wedding party stayed there and we had nothing but great remarks.
Review 4：Its really calm area, and as well was able to rest with no disturbance such as noise. I liked my stayed there its so relaxing and my family and I enjoyed the pool.

Review 6：This is a very nice motel with a good value. Being a motel there are not the services you would expect from an hotel but the room is very good on pair to many 3 stars hotel. Our room was quite clean and well maintained. The bed had a very good quality mattress and good size. There was a small fridge, sofa, microwave oven, coffee machine and even an iron with the table. The toilet was basic but included also a bathtub and an hair dryer.

Review 8：The room was so hot when we got there (10:00pm) that it took hours to cool off enough to sleep. Opening the window would have helped but it was permanently made closed.
Review 9：They had free Wi-Fi, but we couldn't get any reception, which wasn't their fault. We think it was just the area.
Review 10：Room was a small basic room, but it was very clean and very comfortable. It was right off the freeway and a very good location. Denny's right across the street and a super yummy restaurant, called Penfold's Café & Bakery, just a few doors down, Old Town Temecula at the end of the street, and Pechanga Casino about a 10 minute drive away.
Review 11：Wifi was spotty. One night and morning was not able to access the wifi connection. Called around midnight and person answering phones did not seem up to finding a solution. Still no wifi in am but was leaving that morning.
Review 12：Clean and updated. Enjoyed stay and felt secure in area. Close to where we were visiting and convenient.
Review 13：The staff/owners were very invasive. They called my room both mornings of my stay at 8am waking me up on my vacation to see what time I was leaving my room so they could clean it. That is what a do not disturb sign is for which they didn't have in the room.
Review 14：The bed was very comfortable and I enjoy dark hotel rooms which this was. Great for sleeping.
Review 15：We checked in very late and turned on the tv but it was not working properly. Could hardly see the screen. We don't want to call and complain since we are very tired and we don't want to move anymore. The bathroom smells also.

Review 17：Expected it to be noisy because of proximity to the freeway. It was not noisy, even though we had a room that faced the freeway. Updated rooms and good water pressure in the shower.
Review 18：It was very clean, new flooring, tub, toilet, sink and vanity, comfy bed, included ironing board and iron, microwave, fridge, coffee maker, and great flat screen TV on the wall. Great value for the money!
Review 19：We asked the managers to accommodate us for disability and then later asked if we could include a guest. Managers were exceptional in responding positively to both requests.
Review 20：The bed bugs that were in the beds. We had no idea there were so many. They were not visable to the eye until the next morning when we pulled the sheets off the bed. Totally gross!

Review 23：Someone tried to walk into my room at 9:30. Good thing I had the latch on. Good luck trying to get a hold of them on the phone. I was in the shower before I checked out and the phone started ringing and didn't stop for over 5 minutes until I was done and answered. He wanted me to check out even though I requested a late check out. This place is rediculous.

Review 25：I booked before I read the reviews. They were not good. But I noticed they were from 2011 and this property had upgraded since then. The room was spotless, larger than we thought, quiet, comfortable...in other words, all that we wanted. Try it! You'll like it!
