Review 1：Bathroom could have been a little bigger but overall enjoyed everything about it especially the microwave and refrigerator both in the room. Could use continental breakfast but that would put the price up so we were okay without it.
Review 2：Staff very pleasant and accommodating. Perfect for getaway and value for money if you are just looking for a basic place to stay without amenities.
Review 3：The tub did not have a way to fill it and the tub faucets were difficult to use.
Review 4：Location was easy to access. Room had refrigerator and microwave. It was very clean and very quiet. There were lovely blue hydrangeas still blooming outside my door! While the room was not elegant, it was clean, comfortable and had interesting pictures on the walls.

Review 6：Clean comfortable room with great parking. My room was set back well off route 28, no road noise. Microwave and dorm size refrigerator were perfect.
Review 7：WIFi is sometimes very slow. The only available sink is in the bathroom (there is no sink in the kitchen). If you have kids and plan to stay all day inside the motel, it would be boring for them.

Review 11：The check in clerk was an old curmudgeon and was rude. The room was supposedly non smoking but stank to high heaven of floral cover up. The "fitted" sheet, while clean, didn't even fit the full edges/corners of the bed.

Review 13：No coffee maker. No hair dryer and no convenient outlet to plug one in including the bathroom. Tiny bath. Only 1 washcloth and hand towel for two person room. Cost was average for area and time of year but high considering what it did not have

Review 15：There was no phone in the room, and the merchant wouldn't let us use the phone in the main office. If you are traveling with a US phone, this isn't a problem, but we were from outside the country and had to use a pay phone to call home. The pool is out of commission if that matters to you.

Review 17：This motel is a little gem, well kept and comfortable. It's run by very nice people who value it's charming Olde Cape Cod style, from preserving the original wood panelling to traditional mullioned windows with shutters. There's no smoking in the rooms, so they are odor free. The A.C. worked excellently, as did the refrigerator and microwave. Bathroom was super clean, the carpet clean and dry, and there was plenty of lighting throughout the room. The pool is being worked on this year, but I visit for the beaches, which are only minutes away. I really loved this place and highly recommend it for a quiet, non-resort style vacation. I'm already planning a return to this charming, great-value motel!

Bed-side table was broken but wire-tied back together.Caulking nightmare in the bathroom. Outdoor light fixtures used inside.Tiny-person sized toilet. Window A/c held in by foam and duct tape.Wall a/c is broken and abandoned in place. Bed sheets didn't fitthe bed. I didn't like being there it was overall creepy. Propertybacked up to another abandoned motel which inevitably will be the futureof Bass River. I hate to contribute negative comments to a strugglingbusiness owner, but we didn't even want to shower or brush teeth orlet alone bring in our belongings. It was sketchy at best. We left at630am just wanting out. We booked based on cheapest price but was overpriced for what you get. Owner needs to invest in some repairs otherthan trying to diy everything.
Review 30：The fact that we were still alive when we woke up and didn't geteaten by any bugs overnight. Highly enjoyed leaving in the morning.Wouldn't recommend for more than a 1 night place to lay your head.
Review 31：Old old old. Mismatched furniture, curtains, and bedspreads. Odd table with little old TV blocking the door way to the bathroom. Abandoned AC in wall. AC in window had what looked like trash to fill the gap around it and was powered by a light extension cord draped over the bed. Abandoned, nasty pool in center of property. I could read my license plate through the space under the door. Too $$$ for what you get.

Review 42：Was missing the remote to the TV but the staff reacted to my need in a quick and friendly manner. I was surprised to find the handles of the window screen were on the outside rather than facing the room. Definitely a safety issue.

Review 45：The comforter wasn't thick "enough" and felt very flimsy. I was worried about staying warm, but thankfully I brought a blanket from home. My husband was fine on the other hand, I guess I just like to be warm when I sleep.
Review 46：It was accessible to everything we needed in Cape Cod, or was a short driving distance from sights we wanted to see. Checking in was super easy, and checking out was even easier. The room was small and so was the bathroom, but we didn't need much, my husband and I. It was a bed, a tv, a toilet, and it kept us warm. No complaints.
