Review 1：On very busy days and peak hours it can be difficult to find a table to seat and have your breakfast since tables are limited. Not a big a problem for me though.

Review 2：Very friendly and helpful staff Excellent Location Clean Room and Bathroom with hot water and very good water pressure. Breakfast is included and it is very good including eggs, waffles, yogurt, bread, fruits and few more options. Hot Chocolate, Coffee and tea available all day long in the reception area. Jacuzzi for about 8-10 people which is very nice after a day on the slopes.

Review 5：Was told at check in that breakfast was 'til 10 am. I came down at 9:45 and the toaster and waffle irons had been turned off, the batter, butter and other condiments had been put away. My "breakfast" ended up being a banana. Room smelled of mold.

Review 9：False advertising. They advertise AAA discount, but they won't. apply it for a weekend stay. There was a loud humming coming from the walls all night. All noise from the hall could be heard clearly. The shower leaked from the head dripping all over the floor. The hot tub was luke warm with lame jets. Didn't sleep well. Free WiFi doesn't work well.

Review 11：We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very accommodating. The breakfast was full, lots of variety and plenty for all. The beds were comfortable and the rooms very nice. We will definitely call this place next time we come to Winter Park.

Review 57：The young woman who "greeted" us when we arrived was pretty rude, not at all friendly or accommodating. When we went to our room it was surrounded by teenage kids out in the hall on spring break partying and really loud. I asked to be moved and she said the hotel was full. Later she ignored me when I came to the desk for a key after being locked out of my room, even though I was standing in a wet bathing suit and told her I was faint from being in the hot tub. She was on the phone...telling someone they still had rooms for the night (after telling me they were full) and rather than handing me a key she put her finger up to shush me when I asked her for it and continued listening to whoever was on the phone....for about five minutes. Finally a nice guy came out and got the key for me and apologized for her rude behavior. The kids in the hall partied until about 11:00 but shut up when I went into the hall and asked them to take it inside their rooms. Thought I'd finally get to sleep when some loud clicking noise started coming out of the furnace or pipes and woke me up several times. Exhausted, I fell asleep at about 2:00 but because the room was on the street when a snow plow showed up at 5:00 in the morning and made that backing-up, beep noise for then next two hours, clearing the streets, I was woken again...not a great night of sleep. If we'd been in a different room away from the frat party and the street it would have been a really nice stay in spite of the rude desk clerk.

Review 58：Most of the service was excellent, the food was really good for a free breakfast, eggs, sausage, good choice of breads, cereals, muffins, drinks, fruits, a surprising selection. They kept it stocked even though a group of teenagers were clearing in it out every 15 minutes. The room had nice linens and comfortable beds, very attractive modern decor, an updated bathroom with upscale fixtures and lots of towels, toiletries, hairdryer, all high end. There was a mini refrigerator, coffee pot, nice flat screen television an dining set. Parking was conveniently located to door. Lobby was sort of motel but clean and in good condition. It was an easy access the location. All-in-all, a really good price for a much nicer facility than comparably priced options and with lots of extras like free wifi, breakfast and parking.
