Review 1：Although our stay was fine, I don't know about other rooms due to location which are closer to a main road and may have more noise and be of more concern for families with small children or for those who just want a place to rest for vacation.
Review 2：Our room, 114, was private and away from main road. The bathroom had a nice shower, no tub. It was like a mini-apartment. Not in walking distance to main tourists attractions so away from crowds, etc. Perfect for a restful vacation with the added bonus of having nearby things to do and see if interested.
Review 3：The couple running the place were very welcoming and sweet. While the outside appearance may throw you off, don't let it because the rooms are very new and miserably renovated. A bit small, but use of space is good. Very clean. No complaints here!

Review 29：We chose a room at ground level as it was quieter however the air conditioner made so much noise we had to turn it off. The room was a very small double room which didn't help. However we were only there the one night so we accepted it.

Review 32：Greeted very warmly. Fast and easy check-in. Very clean and more than adequate space. Pleasantly surprised with small fridge and microwave. I wish my shower had as much power. Did I mention how clean everything was. Same with the pool that was a relief after a day of walking in 90 degree weather. Convenience store across the street came in handy. Great location. Super close to both Old Town and Lighthouse. I'll stay there again.

Location not ideal for the beach or downtown but our trip was focused on Conch House for dinner and amphitheater for music. All within walking bicycling distance.

We were able to take a little hike into downtown Saint Augustine from the hotel and their were plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. The owners live on property and were extremely friendly and helpful.

Mattress not firm at all, we sunk down in the middle and we are not heavy people, I weigh 105 and husband, 145 lbs. When air conditioner was off, could hear motor like noise in room, probably ac from another room. Would not stay here again, not worth the price.

The location is in a good central location within walking distance of a few restaurants/stores and only a couple of miles from St. Augustine beach and the downtown area. We will stay there again if we visit St. Augustine again.

This hotel is perfect for people who just want a place to crash at the end of the day. It's relaxing, clean, quiet, and close to everything. I would not hesitate to re-book.
