Review 1：The bathtub/shower was filthy. Looked like they hadn't beencleaned in months. Gross. Would have liked a bath but too dirty toconsider and no plugs in tub or sink. Had to ask for lightbulbs and aphone and furniture! Not well maintained at all. I would give this hotela 1* star rating at best. It was adequate and the airconditioner andheater worked, so did the tv but it was/is a bit of a dive. Still,if all you need is a bed, then it's the cheap way to go. $10-$15more per night in other hotels nearby gets you better service and abreakfast. Not sure it was worth the lower rate because it was so gross.A little care and the place could be truly nice. Seriously, allthey'd have to do is take care of some of the deferred maintenanceand he'd have a great place because the rooms are so big.

Review 3：Shower handle leaks and made a Buday. Bed comforter was eroded by mice. Matress on a box that was too big for it making it a knee knocker.
Review 4：Adequate parking for a boat.If I hadn't gotten in from the lake at 12:00am I would have went to a different motel. My wife would not take a bath it was that bad.
Review 5：Room stunk really bad- dirty - no toilet paper and part of toilet paperholder missing- curtain valance had holes in it and was falling down -dresser had a busted up drawer and pieces were just stuffed up insideopening - outside was filthy trash all over - just a total dump- one ofthose places that probably rent by the hour

Review 7：Bedding was clean, but room was old & falling apart. The shower was so nasty that no one used it. The bathroom floor was greasy. We were given a smoking room, even though we requested a non-smoking room. Bulbs were missing in the lamps & ceiling light. Globe was missing from ceiling light. None of the outlets along the wall behind the beds were working. When we pulled the mattress away from the wall to look for the outlets, there was feces on the floor.

Review 9：Checked in lady at the counter was upset because we booked withbooking.com began complaining asking why we did that was it bc we gotthe room cheaper, when we got into the room their were holes in theblankets along with what looked like pubic hair, the ac didnt work , thetoilet seat was covered in urine and all the bathroom floor. When Ipicked up the ice bucket their was used toilet dirty paper in their.Don't even bother checking in
Review 10：Primarily that booking.com did not perform its function. Also, the door had been kicked in and no one made adequate repairs. The deadbolt did not work. The room was dirty. The t.v. did not work. The pool was out of service. I didn't expect a lot from this site or the hotel, and somehow, they both managed to surprise me with a lack of understanding on the industry as a whole.

Review 13：Lady at front desk was friendly. We paid for the week, then were shownto our room. We left without staying a single night and the manager gaveus a refund the next day.
