Review 1：Stinky rooms, not-too-friendly stuff, hardly any edible food for breakfast, really loud heater going on and off throwout the night, super dirty! In search of my sock, I found a broken meth pipe underneath the bed. Gross! Overall, one of the worst places I've ever stayed in.

Review 21：Clean and simple. Fine for our purpose of dropping our daughter off at camp the following morning. Bed was comfortable and bathroom spacious. Coffee hot and plentiful.

Sink was gross with grime and whatever else that brown stuff was! Toilet seat was not secure. Coffee maker was never cleaned! Was nice to have bfast but their coffee maker was even more gross. My boyfriend was afraid to eat their waffles!!!! Thank God we only stayed one night! We woulda looked for a better place the next day!

Review 45：At 2.30 in the morning, what can only be described as construction work commenced in the unit above ours. Sawing of wood, hammering, banging and general footfall overhead carried on until we gave up on sleep at about 7.15. We turned up at the 'breakfast room'/reception area to be greeted by a very poor excuse for 'continental breakfast'. Having sipped on the poorest coffee imaginable, again from a plastic cup, we decided to pack up and move on asap once we had made our feelings known to the reception/management. The staff clearly knew what had been going on overhead but were trying to appear ignorant of it. Our comments were met with a cursory apology. Having been on the road for several hours a night without sleep was beyond unacceptable. Wouldn't dream of ever staying there again.

Review 46：The rooms were nicely updated with very clean and well appointed bathrooms. The bedding was obviously well cleaned and fresh. The location is great for getting out to many local beaches, activities, and dining locals. The value was fantastic!

Review 47：Owners were very friendly. I observed the owners wife and son doing the cleaning. I called the hotel and the price was much more than booking.com so I booked via the website. When I arrived no fuss but owner did mention the price was incorrect on booking.com Room was a standard room on the 1st floor. Room needed some updating but was clean. Bathroom was recently updated. In the end the room was clean and was fine to sleep and I had a good night's rest. Pool was clean and I am sure if I had better weather the kids would have been in there.

Review 69：Not enough pillows on the bed. There was panelling/lining coming down in the bathroom in the shower. Blew a fuse twice trying to blow-dry hair. Saw many insects in the room from fruit flies to click beetles. Towels were very thin, and there were not enough for two guests.

Review 70：The wi-fi worked well and it was free. The king-sized bed was comfortable. The furniture was modern, and new. The air conditioning worked very well. The TV was a good size, high-definition. The microwave and fridge were nice. Owners were very nice, and responded quickly to our needs.

Review 71：The pictures you see on Booking.com are misleading. The rooms smell musty, to open the door you have to push so hard you think you'll tear the whole building down. On the pictures the swimming pool seems nice, when you arrive the first thing you notice is the pool being located on the parking lot with an ugly fence around it. Since the motel is located directly at the MA28 you don't see yourself lying to relax at the swimming pool, the traffic rushing by at just 25 mtrs. This place is so depressing the only thing we could think of was getting out there as soon as possible.

Review 74：I really like the family atmosphere of the motel. The location is good for travel up and down the Cape. It is clearly a labor of love for the innkeepers, as both the husband and wife do all of the work there. They attend to the front desk, clean the rooms, address all inquiries, etc.

It had a large flat screen TV with Comcast service so it was easy to find the channels we were looking for. The wireless internet was great. I was able to stream things on my iPad with no buffering. The location was good. It was a little longer walk to the beach than we expected but a very short drive. Breakfast was very limited but OK. We would definitely stay here again for the price we paid compared to family members that stayed at a hotel on the beach.

Review 86：I loved that its close to everything in the town of Yarmouth, because it's perfect for families who enjoy walking. You can walk to buy ice cream and right across the street you can go mini golfing, you can go shopping! There's not much driving which is less stressful. The staff there is really nice and are not picky nor strict. The rooms are really nice and clean. There is room service each day of your stay so you don't have to worry about that. It's organized and comfy. The pool is right there for you convenience. The wifi works great and there's tv just like at home. They know how to make you feel at home. And the prices I just fell in love with they are great deals!

Review 87：Room smelled like it used to be a smoking room. Old brown rug made me want to keep my shoes on all the time. Room was quite the first couple of days but once more people arrived we realized being in a first floor room was a poor choice. It sounded like the people upstairs were bowling in their rooms or like there was a herd of elephants up there. Absolutely no noise buffering between floors. Breakfast was very meager - better to bring your own or eat out.
