Review 1：Bathroom could have used a ventilation. 4 pm seems pretty late for a check in. When i stopped at the valet, he knew i was checking in but didn't direct me to a different entrance so I ended up walking all over the casino with my luggage trying to find Hotel check in.

Review 3：Casino del Sol is a rarity in how it handled my recent stay. The management places a high value on integrity and honesty in how it deals with their customers. A true gem in Tucson. It is also a beautiful hotel with wonderful amenities.

Review 4：the service was terrible - pool, restaurant, front desk. there was hair in our dessert at the "4 star" steak house. the wines on their list were not available and the waiters were trying to push us out the door. would not stay again. ever.

Review 5：Paying for liquor at the casino. Would like to have seen more table games. No handicap doors at the hotel,, anywhere...which was hard when your in a mobility chair.

Judy at valet gets a high thumbs up! Ashley in housekeeping is the best! All around a great place to stay and play! First rate all around.

Review 9：The Casino Del Sol Hotel and Resort is a newer property. The facility is beautiful there is a large outdoor pool area behind the hotel that families and individuals can enjoy. The room was beautifully appointed with comfortable high end bedding turn down service and free wifi throughout the hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful offering information freely. We were there for only one night and regretted that. Would stay there again.

Review 10：One vartebder in bar at night and one waitress by pool. Bad service and it was not their fault. They were responsible for too many customers.

Review 71：I appreciated the upgrade that we received when we arrived. When we returned to our room at night, the bed was turned down and a robe, slippers and chocolates were left on the bed. A very nice touch.

We had a lovely meal at the seafood buffet and excellent food at the sushi restaraunt. The casino has a wide variety of tables and slots. The feel is of a lovely vegas property, without the crowds.

Review 84：Dinner at py Steakhouse was a bit disappointing. The staff, in keepingwith the entire hotel/casino was wonderful. My seared scallops andrisotto was excellent, but my wife's veal oscar was served rare andbloody. The server and manager offered multiple solutions, the final onebeing a dessert souffle' was accepted but never delivered. Themanager and server offered to keep the veal dish for us and we couldpick it up when we departed the next morning. When we asked for it thenext morning it was nowhere to be found. However, the Hotel Manageroffered and provided dining certificates for our next visit. Overall,this was a very good experience when considered in totality.

Review 85：All facilities and staff were superb. Received upgraded room upon check-in. Room was spotless and very well appointed. Grounds and pool andhottubs were beautiful. We are not golfers but the golf course wasbeautiful.

Review 86：The fact that we went to eat dinner at the Festa buffet and we only gotto eat one plate because the power went out so we decided to leave andwhen we got to the room the power was also out, then I tried to usetheir business center and they also had no power. I understood that theyhad some huge issue with some electrical problems but they did nothingto compensate us for all the inconveniences. When I went to print mytickets at the ticket counter they told me to come back because theyalso didnt have power. Overall everything was not going as planned and Idid not get my money's worth especially at $230/night.
