Review 1：I didn't like so much the limited channels of the TV. I think it can be better to have all the channels of the Dstv. For instance, am not a fun of football but I love national Geographical channel and anything to do with criminal investigations.

Review 2：The staff and efficency in their work. I felt so much loved and cared for.

Review 3：Two single beds pushed together to make a double - prefer an actual double bed. Also the one side of the bed was hugely uncomfortable and hard. In the morning, we were woken up by a huge Christmas party with very loud thumping music. We were not warned about this party and we could not wait to leave to get away from this ridiculous noise!

Review 10：Top top class. I went back cos of the service i got the first time and really, Lakeview is by far one of the best guest houses in Joburg in my opinion. Take this for quality customer service... Lightning disrupted internet in our rooms and Romos, the owner gave us access to a modem and not to talk about the calls we had to make to order food. I really can't say enough about Lakeview but if you gonna be in SA, make sure you are at Lake view

Review 11：Minor. Our adaptors weren't compatible with SA's sockets and the unavailability of phones in the rooms. We had to go to reception for every request but then again staff was helpful by helping us get an adaptor and helping to make the calls we needed to make.

Review 12：Justine is the best. You never get the feeling you are in a guest house. It feels more like you at home. I will recommend Lakeview to anyone and We'd def be gong back, Again Justine is the best Thumbs up to Bradley and Taffy as well

Review 13：The sound of the beautiful & expensive headboards when people make love could be heard. They must put a rubber at the back or fix them to the wall.

Review 18：When we arrived our room was not ready despite requesting an early check-in and getting there a little later we had to be moved to a different room. Fridge was not switch on and was more like an oven. No drinking glasses in the room. No water provided in the room.

Review 23：Parking is problematical - not guaranteed that we could park in secure area if others came first. Also one morning we were parked in by some inconsiderate ....... On the last morning the shower was barely lukewarm

Review 24：If Guest House is full there would not be enough parking inside the property for all the cars. If there is a conference on it could be quite noisy as all the rooms open up onto the central pool area. Luckily for us this was not the case.

Review 26：Everything was lovely, except that the restaurant was not ready for us to eat supper. They ordered t take-aways for us , which was very cold by the time that we got it. We booked a family room, but got separate rooms in the end, and had to move rooms the next day to other rooms.

Review 31：It's very conveniently located from Jo'burg airport. We stayed overnight and the guy there who manages the property was very cooperative and helpful. Not sure if the owners of the property (who stay there) would have been as cooperative since they didn't like the idea of the guy giving us a free drop to the nearby casino on his way for a pick up....

Review 32：No restaurant. They bring food we ordered from a restaurant near by but it was cold and not what we had ordered... Very poor breakfast. Very bizarre staff. Sometimes they are helpful sometimes rude. When we check out the manager did not even looked at us as he was in the office. Not a word. He continued to look at the computer.No good bye. Nothing.

Review 36：On arrival all fine, but then I had to fetch my purse from my car. On returning there was a woman shouting at her poor baby to eat his/her food. SHOCKING to say the least. I still don't know what kept me from approaching her. This alone will keep me from sending any of my friends to visit. The bathroom towels could use stay soft, very hard.

We had asked for a crib and that message apparently never got through and they don't have cribs. We ended up getting another room in addition to our two bedroom because we never would have fit!
