Review 1：Nothing.

Review 2：Excellent hotel on the level with Aman Resorts and One and Only. Perfect attention to detail! Staff are superb, always know what you are doing without you even realising and make suitable arrangements and very courteous.

Review 5：The design of the resort is beautiful, the villa is comfortable with private pool. I especially enjoy the beach of the hotel which is roughly couple hundred of steps down the hill. Alila is a nice place for relaxing in-house since it's a bit far from neighbor sights such as Jimbaran beach, Uluwatu temple. But you may reach wherever you want with hotel shuttle with reasonable price ( more expensive than taxi tough). The staffs here are friendly and helpful, always ready to help. Do recommend for honeymoon or young couple for a relaxing trip.

Review 6：Our 3-bedroom villas does not have a " cabana", while should be a symbol of the hotel which we are looking for !

Review 8：Some maintenance was needed in my villa which are easy fixes but were overlooked such as loose screws in the bathroom door hinge. Also, the toilet was beginning to show its age and needs a refresh.

More effort could be made to the quality and the finety in the recipes and a broader selection on the room service menu. I had room serviced for all 3 days, and this observation is consistent with this sub-standard. Unacceptable for this class of establishment

Review 11：Room was extremely comfortable with reasonably good views and gardens that are imacculately taken care of and a buggy pick up system that is instantaneous, prompt and efficient. Excellent Massage!

Review 12：Just one problem. And can be improve. THE FOOD! The food is pretty bad. And the problem is u don't have a choice cause u r too far away. I don't mind the price at the high side. But I mind the taste of the food is terrible.

Review 14：The service in CIRE restaurant needs to be improved. When we dined in CIRE for breakfast, the waitress carelessly place our coffee near the edge of the table and just left it there. When we requested the drink to be served after the meal, instead, it came as the first thing on the table. Although the leading waitress did give us good advice when we ordered and more careful with the detail.

Review 15：The whole resort is very well designed and highly accomplishedby Alila Group, the layout give the absolute privacy for each villa yet easy access to main facilities. With its unique location of facing Indian ocean, the public area settings definitely create unforgettable lifetime memory. We love The Warung restaurant, the whole atmosphere is warm and happy, all the staff, especially the waitress welcome us with a big beautiful smile and very sweet to us during the whole time. Food is delicious with a local taste yet blend in a creative touch.

Review 16：No offence but too many Mainland Chinese guests they made so much noise in the restaurant and shown no respect to others sitting next to them. They were absolutely disgraceful!!

Review 20：The hotel is an architectural masterpiece: Bali meets Zenmeets Villa D'Este. Everything was tip top. Not inexpensive but you get what you pay for.

Review 21：It's location is very isolated so either prepare to stay in an amazing villa for a few days and nights or prepare to be in taxis a lot. We did an afternoon and evening in Single Fin but otherwise stayed put. Room service was delicious but super expensive - would be hard to do this place on a budget (as we didn't have included in our room, our daily breakfast cost £40!) Word of warning - we used the Alila sunscreen on the last day (we were told it was SPF 30) but unfortunately it didn't work a bit so left us very burnt for the plane home!

The grounds are incredible and really breathtaking, with absolutely stunning villas that are so beautifully designed - no less than three daybeds to choose from to spend your afternoon! It's tranquil, quiet and private and very modern in the room; sound system, coffee machine, tablets for room service etc. Amazing outdoor shower (and indoor), huge bed, two eating areas and pool was always warm and clean. Service was flawless from all the staff. Could not recommend this place more!!!

Review 24：Staffs of Alila are very welcoming and professional. The surrounding is impeccable. And the villa with pool is very elegant. We hired a driver/guide of Alila who is also professional, recommending us good local food, arranging our schedule with everything we wanted to see, and explaining Balinese culture in details. Over all, the stay was almost prefect.
