Review 1：There were no shower soap and always missing 1-2 towels keep having to go to office for towels and never had soaps for showers bed smelled like urain and mattress had a dampness was very uncomfortable worst stay wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Review 2：I did not like how I had to leave my belongings behind after paying almost $1000 to stay there. Just because I was waiting to receive money from a friend so I could stay longer. Then after I returned some staff members were very unfriendly to me.

Review 4：The sheets were dirty, electrical outlets broken or missing plates,light in the bathroom had no cover, towels looked dirty & dingy,there was a 1 inch gap under the door, both the safety lock & deadbolt were broken on the door, tbere is a sign in lobby says absolutelyno refunds. Makes me think people have complained in the past andrequested refunds because of room conditions. Never will I stay hereagain or recommend this place to anyone.
Review 5：They did not respect the price of the booking, on internet it was booked for two persons in 35USD, but when We arrived they charge 41.5USD and didn´t want to respect on line reservation price.

Review 9：It was over priced and dingy no parking and loud guests. Then when we had to stay one extra night they haggle over the price. And we were charged way more money just because of the gem show it was ridiculous.

Review 11：Arriving to Tucson late at night, we figured we'd get a local hotel and drive 1.5 hours S to eventual hotel destination in the morning. What a mistake. Door wouldn't completely shut, red nail polish stained the furniture. Inadequate storage for hanging clothes. We should have driven straight down to Sierra Vista in the wee hours. Though we now possess a story about “our Bizarre Little Dive” to add to our life experiences, we would be happy to do without it.
Review 12：The staff person gladly supplied an extra towel in the morning and explained the bizarre state laws for photocopying (and keeping) all drivers license records for all motel guests.
Review 13：lights in the main room didn't work or were broken. Loud (next to freeway). Door had to be slammed hard to shut. Everything appeared warn. Minimal cleaning.

Review 15：Bath tub was blackened stain, Shower knobs fell off, Bed sagged, pillows very uncomfortable, dirty window sills, Shabby, broken furniture, frayed carpet, very old motel. Not good value for money. For $25.00 more I could have stayed at a nicer place I found out.

Review 19：The sofa had body fluids. I was so grossed out that I had to buy new sheets just to be able to sleep. Staff wouldn't allow me to cancel. There's a $60 penalty if you cancel on the same day. The AC didn't work, and the door wouldn't open when I tried putting my key in. Everything about this hotel was wrong and overpriced! I paid $80 for a dump. Had I known better, I would have just slept in my car. It was that bad.

Review 24：I'd like to start by saying,i frequently travel, i never leave reviews, but feel compelled to on this one. Filthy carpets, made my socks black, i just threw them away. Also with in 15 minutes a mouse ran across the floor. I told them and their response was, "no, there are no mice"...guess i just imagined it... The Wi-Fi wouldn't work even after they "fixed" it. The bathroom door wouldn't shut and there was no ventilation system in it, causing mold. Burn holes in the sheets. Don't look under the bed,yikes! And the smell of air freshener was terrible. Barely slept. I wouldn't recommend this place even if it where free. It needs a total remodel. Horrendous.

Review 26：horrible smell of chemicals inside the whole room, even after keeping the door open for hours (two days later our clothes still smelled like this chemicals) - huge black stains and burning holes in the bed sheets - dirty towels with stains... we left even though we had paid for another night because it was unbearable.. no refund for this second night.

Review 28：Silicon rubber in the sink, which didn't have a stopper. The tub didn't have a stopper either. The beat-up microwave didn't work. The fridge didn't have a freezer, so we couldn't keep our frozen packs frozen. It froze bits of our food instead. Door key flaky but worked.
Review 29：Nice people, eager to help. Bed good. Hot water. Convenient to freeway. Wifi worked most of the time except Sunday morning, when it quit without explanation or remedy. TV worked fine, sufficient channels. Lights worked, AC worked, door locked.

Review 65：I booked 3 rooms, and was the first of our party to arrive. As soon as I pulled in the lot, it looked like two crack heads were chilling outside their rooms. Upon entering the room, I noticed the smell - about fifty years worth of cigarette smoke and god knows what else. I couldn't get the door to lock and you could see daylight all around the door jamb when the door was closed. I got the hell out of there. Went back to the office and told him the room was so far below standard that I couldn't stay there. He immediately says "you have a no cancellation policy" I told him I didn't care. We all went down the street to the Windmere, and those rooms weren't a whole lot better, it was a totally different vibe.
Review 66：The floor was dirty, we let our daughters walk around on the floor in their socks, and literally after 5 minutes their socks were black, the carpet might as well have been dirt. The room itself was falling apart, the top of the door had huge gash in the frame.

There was no microwave or alarm clock inthe room and the refrigerator was so dirty I didn't even want to putmy food in it. Also, the bath/face/hand towels were so dingy Iwent to purchase my own. I felt very uneasy staying here not justbecause of the disgusting room conditions but the location.Unfortunately, due to the Tucson Gem show there were no hotels in a 25mile radius that could get me a room so I stayed. The room door waswoodened and there was a 3 inch gap at the bottom so cold air was comingin. If there were a lower rating than poor to give I would. This hotelshould not be offered to visitors of Tucson and should honestly becondemned.
