Review 1：Bath and shower were faulty and staff did not bother ever after I have complain to fix them. The room was suppose to be most superior room in the hotel. There were no shower caps nor soaps literally one needs to bring their own toiletry. The room was next to gate the makes noise and loud, it was not a peaceful stay. I won't not suggest it to anyone.

Review 2：Nothing at all, the standard had deteriorated beyond acceptable level, it needs to be downgrade to 1 star rating.

Review 3：I checked in late. I stumbled around in the absolute dark- passage lights are sensor driven that do not activate when you try to get in room 218. Also activating lights in room was driven by card mechanism that was not explained- so once again stumbling in the dark. Very noisy air-conditioning.

Review 4：Convenient location. Reasonably priced. good breakfast. I am gluten intolerant but had nice fruit and good bacon. Restaurant manager made an effort to get some gluten free tomato sauce- many thanks!

Review 5：The air con did not work as the plug was burnt out. Bedside lamps wasn't plugged in and wasn't screwed In. The bar fridge was a joke

Review 11：Poor Wifi - only available in reception area on day of arrival and not available at all following morning. Had to wait for a while for room keys when we arrived despite having booked over a month in advance and arrived at hotel during check-in time. Reception staff could be friendlier.

Review 20：Airconditioning didn't work and the night manager couldn't be bothered to fix it. Spa bath plug didn't seal and the night manager couldn't be bothered to fix it. So no airconditioning and no spa bath for this young couple...sad

Review 25：I paid online through booking.com, but when i reached the hotel i was told online transaction was not successful and was sarcastically told I will not check in until I pay at the counter. I went through some trouble using the debit card on their machines but finally their machine accepted my card miraculously, and i checked in. The breakfast staff should learn to put a bit of a smile even through it's morning. The shower door had a faulty handle

Review 28：THE HOSTESS!!! Connie is JUST AWESOME and is a real asset to Europrime. Loved staying there. Had all the basic necessities for a couple who just needed a warm, comfortable bed. Room was clean and cozy.

Review 33：There was no hot water. Plug points and hair dryer did not work. The night shift staff was sleeping and were not willing to assist at all. Said I couldn't move rooms and had to wait until the morning for someone to fix.

Review 46：The room in totality. Some years ago I stayed at this hotel and the room today are exactly the same as they used to be except for the change of duvet covers. With white being used and finding dirty marks is not pleasant at all. Using the shower causes flooding of the apartment. Same when you use the air conditioning, my travel bag was soaked. Only three cushions on a bed and the duvet inner has seen better days as when the bed is made up it looks untidy1 I have requested to see the other rooms available at this facility and the quality was the same. I did have a prepaid booking for 5 days in April 2015 but after this short 3 day visit I have cancelled the booking and requested a refund.

Review 55：The poor response from maintenance - even after several calls for resetting the TV stations. The online ad states DSTV, but upon arrival, it was told that there was only Top-TV, but with limited channels with poor entertainment. The rooms are meant for two, but in my room there was only one tumbler...maybe to check prior to assigning rooms. The hand wash basin is too small for face washing and brushing of teeth - and had hit my head several times on the glass shelf above the sink, just so that I don't splash water on the floor which had no matt to absorb the spilled water, even when coming out of the shower.

Review 56：The pleasant and friendly atmosphere, the location w.r.t. the primary purpose of our visit, the convenience of shopping and accessibility to services was "on the doorstep" The Breakfast Area was phenomenal and although being vegetarian, I must say that this is the first hotel that had variety and made the stay all worthwhile. However, for the three days, we had the same vege-meals...French fried chips and fried mushrooms. The cleanliness and freshness of the rooms, the fresh towels and floors.

Review 57：They said we would be picked up at 3:30pm. We called at 3:40pm to confirm, and then again at 4:30. Waited over an hour to be picked up. We asked for towels at 8pm, they knocked on our doors at 5am and woke us up to give them to us. There was a lot of ants running through our room. Lower floor doesn't have wifi and we had to ask to switch to the upper floor.

Review 58：Close to the airport and restaurants are nearby. The shuttle to airport was on time. They had a good spread for breakfast. Staff were friendly.

Review 59：As for the room the TV was miles away from the bed the bath took 3 hours to fill no cupboard space and the bed had only three very soft pillows on it the entrance gate kept waking me up as my room was next to the gate and the rooms were very small for a deluxe.

Review 65：As a first-time visitor there were features of the very modern facilities that were foreign to me, and I would have appreciated if a staff member could have walked me through them on arrival as no instruction manual provided..eg, key-card needed in slot to power room, garage door set to manual, no instructions for how to access wifi (ones pasted on phone apparently obsolete)

Review 66：Efficiently run, very personable lady greeting guests at breakfast - I would have extended my stay but was told to go through booking.com and they showed no std rooms left - its the kind of thing I would have expected could have been handled better on site. but it was a pleasant stay overall.

Review 67：Pillows on the bed were flat and well used and there were only 3 pillows. The sheet was never shaken, the duvet was just put neatly over the bed. It was still the same as when we got out of bed the morning. No coffee mugs, only tea cups were in the room. We had a double room but there were only two cups and saucers. The TV channels were very poor!
