Review 1：Gym lights did not work, one out of 3 treadmills not working, no weights, used as storage for a bed leaned against window, no towels or attendant, mediocre cleanliness. Corners of bathrooms, room, hallways, not really cleaned. Small debris throughout property:bottle caps, wrappers,leaves, papers etc. Staff not too open or friendly when I approached or asked questions, short answers no real effort to make guests think they enjoy working there. Only exception was check in at desk, Michael. Very friendly. Friends of ours opted for Country Inn because of their experience, leaving us mid stay. Construction materials, tents, unsightly outdoor bar conditions. Beer cans, unattended jacuzzi area. Outdated room decor. Have stayed at more comfortable hotels for less, with same or more amenities.

Review 2：Breakfast offering was nice first day, but ran out before time frame promised and was offered to have more made, but took 15-20 minutes before we left to McDonalds...... Liked front reception area and potential for use of outdoor areas. Right off freeway.

Review 3：The Hotel was dirty, the bath tub was not clean the hair dryer had an inch of dirt on it. The floor had hair and dust all over. I was very disappointed in this hotel.

Review 17：I saw some bad reviews and was skeptical. But the staff was great. Breakfast beats 90% of the other hotels. The first day I told the attendant that the coffee was Luke warm and in 2 minutes he brought me a hot cup and refilled the main container. I stayed five days and it was great.

Review 22：We couldn't check in until 3 and the staff refused to help us with holding onto our luggage. The restaurant didn't open until 5 so we had nothing to do. Our room was old & dirty and we had no towels. The safe was broken.

Review 23：SunTran station right outside. However it took us 45 min to travel the 3-4 miles to the University.

Review 24：All in all very good just the breakfast area was being cleaned and packed up while people were still having breakfast half an hour before its scheduled closure by a noisy grumpy employee.

Review 26：The staff was excellent. Brandon, Tony and Rosa went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Loved their hospitality. The breakfast was great. I also liked that we could go to the lobby and have drinks. The streetcar was very conveinient, we used it a couple of times to go down town. Over all it was welcoming and the facilities were great and the room was clean.

Review 27：Don't miss the turn in to the hotel, because if you do you have togo all the way around. For some reason I missed the driveway to turn intwice during my few days there. I would suggest they put a small sign,down low at the actual driveway entrance.

Review 28：I have fought the battle with wireless internet connections at manyhotels in the past. When I saw that the Arizona Riverpark Inn hadwired internet I disregarded all other hotels in the area and bookedhere. I was in town to help a friend, but I still had work of my ownto do online and I needed a constant and fast connection and that iswhat I got.

Review 29：Our 'non-smoking' room smelled strongly of smoke. They list a bar on site on the web, but the bar is not open on weekends!! The pool didn't have clean towels and did not appear to have been cleaned that day.

When the young lady finley showed up she told us she had to go purches the spray her self the hotel needs to be remodeled carpets are badly Worren down needs a new paint Job and needs pluming work badly our friends had sewer coming up in to there tub gross :-[ we are not sure if we will return next year or not unless changes are made!

Review 34：The staff was pleasant, the room was very clean with no odors, the pool was huge. Towels were soft. Beds comfy, even the hideabed. The grounds are gorgeous and peaceful. We were given a variety of flyers for places that delivered food as the restaurant and bar are closed on Saturday nights. Rosati's has great pizza. Freeway noise is not heard. Breakfast buffet was included, with many options to choose from. Eggs, potatoes, sausage, breads, cereals, coffee, juices, more. A pull out clothesline in the tub/shower to hang our swimming suits. Coffee pot in room with good coffee. Ice machine worked, vending machines worked. Convienience store not far to the south and under the interstate, easy to return up the access road to come back under the interstate right at hotel. And the street car has a stop right next to the hotel to take you through downtown to the university. We felt safe here as the gates into the hotel were locked at night with cardkey entry, security was visable and friendly.

Room was clean but carpeting in hallway was stained terribly.Thank you to CJ for trying so hard to keep us happy.

Review 83：The place was filthy. Dirt in the hallway when we checked in Monday was still there when we checked out Thursday. My wife had to clean the bathroom vanity with towelettes. We asked for washcloths and got towels instead, we asked for coffee cups and got beer glasses instead. Consumables (soap, coffee, etc.) were not replenished. Wouldn't recommend, wouldn't stay there again. Overpriced.

But overall, the staff were friendly and the room was pretty comfortable. But the pictures on the booking site look nothing like the actual hotel.
