Review 1：Restaurant was disappointing. Selection and quality of food was average. Might have been because it as off season. Parking was a bit far from rooms with at least 2 sets of stairs to navigate with luggage.
Review 2：Property was very nice, ocean front as promised but lights around pool were a bit distracting. Room was clean, well appointed and well laid out.
Review 3：old cape cod feel, not ultra modern but everything you need. Right on the ocean. beautiful sand beach very clean. Staff, from the counter person were terrific. Thanks Bill the bartender.

Review 7：. Location, location, location! The hotel sits directly on the beach! Plenty of comfy lounge chairs to sit in. Grounds were very nice also with beautiful flowers.
Review 8：I think it would have been a super weekend if the staff had smiles and been approachable or more hospitable. I walked pass a few staff members and they looked straight pass me. A few smiles and hello would have been more pleasant experience for guests.
Review 9：Went there for a quick getaway from the hustle n bustle of the week. Was very pleasantly surprised of the facility. Enjoyed the bar and snack bar by the poor. Enjoyed the peace and comfort of the beach chairs. Will definitely keep the place in mind for another getaway.
Review 10：Breakfast could be included with reservation. People in adjoining room (locked) were cooking food constantly, the smell of garlic,onions, beef, cheese was very very potent and our room smelled of this constantly. Food should not be allowed to be cooked in rooms.
Review 11：The grounds were lovely, staff were friendly and beach was beautiful. Convenient to have lounge chairs and umbrellas on the beach too. Entertainment was great on the beach also, lots of fun !

Review 13：We stayed during the Memorial Day weekend. The beach was wide, clean, groomed and a pleasant surprise, but the weather was too chilly to spend much time on it. The kids loved the indoor pool, though!

Review 16：As our stay was short we did not take advantage of the various facilities at the resort. However the beautiful location directly on the beach made this particularly nice. The sunset stroll and chairs right on the sand were conducive to relaxing. Rooms were comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.
Review 17：We requested a king bed, and booked our room that way a month in advance. We weren't told until our check in date, that we couldn't have that and received 2 doubles instead. Parking is very limited. I got lucky my first night, but then a wedding party, came and flooded the main, and the reserve lot. We had to park on an adjoining property. Not such a big deal, just annoying. No cell service at all. So if you are expecting important calls, I would not recommend.
Review 18：Loved the room and the beach access. The hotel bar was nice too and the indoor pool and gym was a nice addition. Wifi was excellent too.
Review 19：Nothing in our "Ocean View Suite" was newer than 1970 except the TV. Thread bare nasty bedding, 200grit sandpaper towels, gross carpet, bad lighting, food particles and strange objects under the beds. Outrageous price for such a dated dump - DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
Review 20：There were no towels at the indoor poolside. The beach had excessive seaside. We found better beach elsewhere. The room keys continually failed to open the door. We had to replace keys every other night. Rooms are outdated.

Review 22：Our toilet clogged and their room are outdated and look dingy. I used totake my children to blue water when they were young and unfortunately itwas better then. I brought my grandkids this time around anddissapointed. I will not return for the prices they charge.

Review 24：This resort for us is great for a couple to enjoy and a family. My husband and I came here for a few days to check it out, we loved it! My kids are older than a lot we saw here but still I think my kids will love it, they will be 17 and 14 when we return next July and they can't wait! Neither can I....!
Review 25：Everything was fine except one of my two rooms was extremely musty. I don't make it a habit of complaining but in retrospect I should have asked for a room change.

I mentioned to one of the staff members at the beachthat the stair was to high for me. He immediately got a shovel andstarted packing sand under the stair to make it easier for me to climbthe bottom stairs
Review 72：We asked for a king bed with ocean view, but when you got in the hotelwe had the option of king bed with no ocean view or two beds with oceanview. They charge you $10 per night for a portable crib. For the ratethat we paid $340 + tax (night) I think it was not necessary. The checkout time is 11a. If you want a late checkout (1pm) they will charge youhalf of the night.
Review 73：The beach services is really good they provide you beach chairs,umbrellas and towels. The beach staff is also helpful and friendly.There is also a bar that serves you on the beach, but you can also bringyour cooler and fill free with ice in the ice machine located close tothe beach.
