Review 1：There was a small hole in the wall as if someone knocked a hole in the drywall by falling into it or when moving furniture and there was a tiny amount of mold in the bathroom. I didn't much mind for the price.

Review 2：The room was very clean and cozy. The cleaning staff came in every day and tidied up and provided new towels and soaps etc. Location was great.

Review 3：Noisy (Rt 287), and the room was treated with a cleaner/deodorizer that was VERY strong....did not help my asthma at all!

Review 5：NO WIFI - The practically non existent wifi did not provide enough speed to even open emails. The worst part was that technical support team was non-apologetic about this issue. Extremely Rude Staff esp. the front desk at numerous times of our long stay here

Review 7：The place is runned by people from a very different culture and the owners and workers don't share the values of customer service that we expect while paying for a service. The pictures online are a 10, in real life a 3 or 4 tops. There's no internet in the rooms, even that there's a huge WIFI in the rooms sign. They will go around with this as a temporary problem, but is continuos. No internet during vacation is terrible because all of the planning required. You can hear the noise from the Highway, for heavy sleepers might not be a problem but for normal or light sleepers is an issue. The rooms have a weird smell, overall feels and Hygiene standard are really poor. It is definitely not a priority. We didn't feel safe in the area.

Review 11：This is not a hotel. It is a motel. No changing of the name can changethat fact. It's built as a motel and offers nowhere near the sameprivacy and quiet as a hotel.Placed smelled like urine after the Febreeze they put wore off after the first day. Apparently someone/thing urinated all over one side of the bed. Even just walking outside, place smells of urine everywhere. Reception staff were very rude/strange. Not to me specifically but to other customers, and even I saw, to each other. They also screwed up processing my credit card and I had to sit in the lobby for 1 hour after, come from the airport, talking to my bank. All they had to do was double-check. WiFi is about 15 KB/s and did not work for my room. Had to use another room's access point.

Review 13：In general place is not so bad but too far from the NY centre. We expected 4 star level room however this is 2 star room. There was a dust on the shelves and smell from long smoking in the room.

Review 17：Free wi-fi that they claim is absolute failure. In my 7 days of stay, in total I could use only 2.3 hours of Internet which was break-free. and around 5 hours in total I have wasted in trying out Red Roof's various wi-fi internet connections , and even explaining issue to the respective internet service provider. Experience was too bad. Can't write anymore.

Review 18：It wold have been better if there were not feather pillows in the rooms. I am severely allergic to them. Fortunately I brought my own pillow, but my husband did not.

Review 20：The mold in the tub, the roaches in the room, the spiders in the bathroom and last but not least the bug that was squashed on the frame of the mirror over the sink. There also appeared to be blood on the wall by the sink. The manager on duty made it sound like it was my fault for not telling her sooner. She said she would have given me another room, yeah just what I wanted another room with bugs and mold.

Review 28：The shower was gross! There was mold under the bath math in the shower. The room came with two towels for three people. When I asked for more towels, I had to provide my room number and key card for towels. The front desk personnel were not helpful. Upon check out at 5 am, I called the front desk to notify them that I had removed the smoke alarm because it started beeping at 12:15. The gentlemen just said it must have a weak battery. No I am sorry, no thanks for reporting it. He just hung up. We asked for a lower level room, and did not get it after the lady at the desk said it would be on the lower level. Lastly, the room was not the rate I was quoted.

Review 29：Wifi was awful. They had good coverage and I had a full strength connection but the speed made it almost unusable. I resorted to tethering my phone which also had bad 4g coverage but was at least faster than their wifi.

When I checked in, the desk clerk quoted a lower price for my type of room to somebody who checked in "on the fly". I didn't automatically receive an invoice on checkout.

Review 107：Room needs major repairs. Huge hole in sheetrock at door entrance counted 4 other holes in the walls. Beds were soooo uncomfortable and hard especially if you have back or hip problems. Sink was cracked tubs plug was broke no water pressure in shower. They need a microwave in lobby for guest rooms without one. Definitely needed a first aid kit. Son cut his finger n the lobby nor the vending machines had them. Thats really not safe makes me wonder if they even have a fire extinguisher.

I will never stay at one of your hotelsagain and we do alot of traveling.
