Review 1：Noise levels at night was quite high, shower door would not close properly. Also, provide different coffee sachets - Ricoffy is really not everones taste.

Review 6：everything: no hot water, shocking linen and beds, filthy, mismanaged monument to bad taste, hooligans running up and down corridors shouting and screaming and slamming doors = no security, zero management, lies about size of room on Booking.com website including mention of fireplace and views which never existed. Lies lies and more lies. No room service. No working phones. Disgusting worst night ever in my life.

Review 8：The description for the superior double room was not as per the web description, there was no fireplace, no lake view and no balcony. The toilet didn't flush properly and the shower doors were broken.

Review 31：Room was amazing it was a twin and the two beds where double, very easy to get to road signs all the way. Very close to Benoni's Lakeside mall and perfectly on a junction to a major highway. The lake next to the Hotel adds a bit of nature to your stay and was beautiful, Very friendly and helpful staff, This is where I will stay every time I visit Benoni.
