Review 1：Granted we were in a great frame of mind because we were on a get away weekend but everything was above our expectations. We had a blast golfing and spending time at the sister property at The Riviera Beach. All the staff was more than pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was very good too.
Review 2：Great outlook look over the greens away from any majors roads. It may not be close to the shore but it is convenient for access to Cape Cod. Overall the experience was very good, it may not be very modern but the rooms were pleasant and clean. I would certainly use this accommodation again.

Review 4：From the outset everybody went out of their way to help. The resort is well appointed and the bungalow style accommodation allows privacy in the midst of the golf course.

Review 6：The property is centrally located. Everything is only a few miles away. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Was a great place to hang out with our dog. Great resort chain that allows access to their beachfront properties and amenities.
Review 7：Evidence of damp - but that may be because it was humid at the time. However the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in - perhaps it was broken?

Review 10：The possibility to use the otjer resorts sealed the deal. Mike, serving breakfast, was a great, old fashioned raconteur who saw his job as to help us get the most out of our 2 day stay. Cannot speak highly enough of him.
Review 11：There were to many unsupervised children that were very noisy. Will pick a different time when the children are in school.
Review 12：The cleanliness of the rooms and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I thought it was a great value for our money. We are looking forward to returning next year.

Review 14：Having access to the company's other properties with beaches was a real plus. We could spend the day at those louder and more expensive hotels, but still return to our quiet place at night. The landscaping (especially the flowers) were exquisite and the entire place was very well-tended.
Review 15：Since this my first time at the Cape, I found the price high for thevalue that we received. The rooms were very basic and I even found had asmall cockroach in the room.

Review 33：There was some confusion about a crib. We asked for a standard crib instead of a pack n play since our grandson is a bit too big for the latter. It wasn't until we checked in that we were told we could not get a crib. Apparently, the initial request went through a central reservation center not the hotel directly. Also thought there was a bit too much chlorine in the pool.
Review 34：Great location, nice room, nice friendly staff all good. We did not use the dining facilities or golfing. Would definitely recommend and stay again.
Review 35：Humidity in room too high and the a/c took the two days we stayed to catch up. The room had a funky, damp smell. The guests above us sounded like a herd of elephants when, I am sure, they were walking normally. Also, the shower upstairs and the flushing toilet became my alarm each morning. Whoever built these buildings forgot to even think about soundproofing. Wifi was nice to have but it did not work well all of the time.
Review 36：Price was reasonable. Desk staff, Cindy, was just super! Check in was easy and efficient.We asked for a restaurant recommendation and she steered us to a wonderful place to eat and gave us excellent local driving directions.
