Review 3：We came late after arriving at the airport after a long flight from the USA. The directions to the B&B were easy to follow. The owners and staff were extremely helpful, both with our stay, and giving us advice about South Africa. We felt at home and we will stay there again when we have the chance. Thank you for the great start of our South African trip!
Review 4：We were in unit #8 which was right on the road. A lot of noise in the morning. Lighting in the bathroom was bad.
Review 5：Owners were great - very accommodating. We arrived much earlier than planned and they got us right into a room. It's a nice property as long as you don't get unit #8 (it's right on the road).
Review 6：Excellent location for those who need to rest up after long flights to Jo'burg, and then continuing on (e.g., Botswana etc.). Very friendly proprietors, who even drove us to the nearest amenities. Excellent value. Great breakfast, and lounge areas.
Review 7：The room is next to the parking lot on the street side, so I heard some noise from coming and leaving cars.
Review 8：The room (no. 8) was very nice and big, with a small fridge and a very large bathroom. The breakfast was good.
Review 9：I had phoned Jannette to say we would be there in 10 minutes. After 20 minutes she phoned me back to ask if there was a problem. YES, I said, I am totally lost and she talked me through all the twists and turns and was waiting at the gate to greet my friend and I.
Review 10：We chose President Lodge as our base when visiting family in Jo'burg as it's location was ideal. The rooms are large and comfortable. We only had breakfasts, which were excellent, but evening meals are available if you ask in the morning. Jannette was the perfect host and we look forward to staying here again next time we visit.

Review 24：You need a vehicle or a local host that provides for your transportation. Public transport or taxis are not available.
Review 25：personal service. This a small boutique hotel in the suburbs of Johannesburg. Since they have no restaurant for dinner, manager arranged for free shuttle to a nearby restaurant for me. Felt very secure there.
Review 26：The suite was not smokers friendly although smoking is permitted outside around the pool. The checking in was rushed. The minute you book in you must stipulate what time you want breakfast, what you want for breakfast. I did not even have the time to think about my plans for the next day yet.

Review 28：Adding a few simple things might be a big help : 1. A telephone in the room, since a lot of travelers come without the 'international roaming' facility on their mobile phones. 2. The shower cubicle in Room No. 3 was leaking water outside the shower. This needs fixing. 3. Some snack food options for late night supers....cold meats, bread, milk etc.
Review 29：The warmth generated by the personal attention of the owners (Jannette & Elaine), and the evening/night help (Dion) themselves. Felt like a guest in some friend's house, rather than an indifferent commercial establishment. Keep it up. This is the USP of the Lodge.
Review 30：Great hospitality! The rooms are clean and delicately decorated. Quiet area not too far from the airport. The food is delicous. We stayed for 2 nights on our way from Cape Town to The Kruger national park and back.
