Review 1：Difficult to get to the little swimming pool easily. Guidance to air conditioner needed clarification - e.g. Did not say which do oaf controls TV or cooler

Review 2：Hidden away in town so close to airport. Neat layout and pleasant garden. Helpful staff

Review 3：No help offered with luggage - they need a luggage trolley if no physical help available. When requested - iron given to use was dangerous...cap broken on water container causing hot water to splash out and iron did not get hot. Ironing board all ripped.

Review 5：We had both dinner and breakfast here. It took an hour to get food in the evening and about 45minutes in the morning to get a very ordinary breakfast, even though there was no-one else there to be served!. The quality of the food was not very good, either. I was disappointed in this, as it was reviewed to be good and I had invited guest for the evening.

Review 11：The telephone in room did not work, there was no hairdryer, the hot water was cold, I had a cold shower, could not dry my hair and could not even call reception as the phone was not working - wow This for a 4star hotel!!! The breakfast was so poor, after just about sereal and toast, a guy eating there told us that we can order from the kitchen, but we were not told, the waiter was so busy preparing for a conference, she was hardly there to assist with anything.

Review 12：Shower --- gold water no hot water ,taps was running for 5 minutes it become low warm for a few seconds -- Now it is winter and shower with cold it is not nice,

Review 13：Close to O.R Tambo, from where I had to travel the next day. Was only flying late and they allowed us to stay in the room longer, a big thank you for that. Staff was lovely. Food was nice. Room was clean and had all the comfort you need. Will be coming back!

Review 14：My only criticism would be in small detail mainly relating to tineliness - if breakfast is available from 06:30 then it should be available at 06:30; if a transfer is agreed for 17:00 the car should be waiting. These things matter on those days when you are on a really tight schedule BUT do not detract from my overall high recommendation for a great little hotel - which I will certainly use again.

Review 15：In broad strokes everything was great: staff, room, restaurant, etc. The railway sleeper teak furniture is a nice touch. Really had a good stay.

Review 23：- i think the rooms do need bar fridges. - a few more hangers are needed in the wardrobe. we only had 4. - the pool wasnt clean , but to be fair it had been raining. - our first morning we had a supurb breakfast which was brought to our room - and was piping hot. - our second morning we went to the dining area at 9.30am - only to find the buffet breakfast was dissapointing. the food was all cold , and dried out. a lot of the menu was not available , and no staff memebers we around to help - we had to look for a staff member in the kitchen to discuss our complaint and ask for a new and hot breakfast to be made.The breakfast menu has on offer , the ususal options of eggs to be cooked... ,as well as additional extras to add to the plate- which at the buffet , was not avaialble, and no staff to order the paoched eggs that we wanted. The bain maris only had dried out scambles eggs . No borwon bread or rye bread was available, nly white bread. no muffins or croissants were available either, the basket was empty. no plain yoghurtand no honey was available either - which was annoying.So the buffet breakfast needs attention and upgrading. other than this though - the service and establishment was good.

Review 24：- I called ahead , and spoke to a lady called Robin. I asked her for a bottle of sparkling wine , a bottle of still water and chocolates to be put in the room. when we arrived , the room was beautifully prepared with all that i asked for , as well as beautiful candles which had been lit for our arrival. a very nice touch. -we used the hotels shuttle service - our driver was Petrus , who was very polite and very helpful on both days- he deserves a mention for good service! - The small hotel is well maintained with a very pretty garden.

Review 81：I didn't find this hotel at all a 4* experience, even though apparently it is 4* accredited. The staff were not the most professional I have come across. The room was certainly not the cleanest. I had to call reception if I wanted to use a hairdryer. My first evening there, the TV was so loud in the bar (that the staff were watching) that i could hear it in my room. I was woken my last morning there at 6am to loud music outside my room apparently due to a conference that was taking place at the hotel. I did not enjoy my stay at all.

Review 82：There was no where to walk, but that's not a big deal. The internet has to be paid for and my first voucher ran out in about 5 minutes because they're based on Mb downloaded (as well as time - mine was 24 hours, but like I said, it expired rapidly, but they generously gave me 2 free vouchers to compensate).

Review 83：Very clean, modern, quiet, nice courtyard, very nice to have a patio with a table and two chairs on the courtyard. Bar and restaurant included. Car and driver available cheaper than taxi. Internet access. Great place to relax and if, needed, get some work done. The staff were extremely helpful. When I arrived, I didn't even have to check in; they simply showed me to my room. When my internet voucher ran out prematurely, they gave me two free ones. Very nice place. I would stay here again. The weather was bad so I didn't try out the pool.

Review 92：I could not find a hair dryer in the room and I expect a hotel at that price to have one. The front desk staff was supposed to give me a wake-up call which they never did. Despite this, my stay was pleasant an I will definitely return to the hotel. The address on the website is incorrect and to get to the hotel is quite different if you put the actual street number in.l

Review 93：Staff was friendly, kind and efficient. The car guard Arthur is very proud of the fact that the hotel has never had any incidents that could jeopardize the safety of the clients. I felt safe in the parking lot and in the hotel and this will make me to easily return to the hotel. The food in the restaurant was great and very reasonably priced, great value for money. Service was good too.

Review 94：The rooms were not catered for for 2 people...one towel...one coffee etc, even though we booked 2 rooms for 2 people each. Breakfast was not ready at the times that are advertised. I asked for 2 rooms as close as possible to each other and the rooms were really far apart.
