Review 1：we thought the bathroom is really outdated sliding door broken in bathroom drain didn't drain in tub linens smelled very musty the wall heater very noisy & loud

Review 3：The staff was great. We requested a ocean view room and the staff was able to accommodate. The room was clean. We did have a plumbing problem that was taken care of promptly. Breakfast each day was wonderful and also had a helpful staff. I would recommend the hotel to friends.

Review 7：Front desk check in ladies , Alexandra and Nicole were there when I arrived. Both were extremely warm and welcoming and very helpful with recommendations for area restaurants and activities. I thanked them both at the end of our stay and commended them both to the managers. I will be returning again next year to enjoy the views from the balcony and may splurge on an oceanfront room which empties you directly onto the beautiful sandy beach from your deck.

Review 8：The keys did not fit that well. Needed help getting into the room a few times. Wish it offered a free breakfast and that the prices at the pool bar were a bit lower.

Review 9：Room was amazing and right on the ocean. The programs for the kids were great. Everything was close by and kids got to have a little freedom of rooming. Overall amazing mini vacation.

Review 21：The relaxation of being right on the beach. The staff was always helpful and courteous. It wasn't overcrowded or chaotic like the bigger sister resort. Entertainment and water sports were wonderful. Other guests were friendly and polite. Coyld use a little updating on floors, hot tub, furniture. But I would highly recommend this resort. My two 13 year olds 15 year old and my husband and I had the time of our lives! Drink service on the beach lounge chairs and umbrellas being provided was also wonderful features. Thank you Riviera Beach Resort! We will be back!

Review 22：The room appeared to not have been updated in a while. While it is an older property. Two queen beds could have easily fit in the room. Also, one bed in our room was inverted so that when I laid in it my feet were actually above my head. I slept with my head at the foot of the bed the last night we were there.

Review 30：The room needed to be updated. The beds were not comfortable. We saw other rooms which had a much more updated set up and plush beds. The refrigerator in the room didn't work properly. Got a much better deal on line than was offered when I called the hotel directly. Was thinking about extending our stay but the hotel could not match the on line pricing. Getting drinks poolside took a very long time. Only one waitress was working. Not sure why the restaurant and outdoor cafe have such limited hours.

Review 31：The pool and the beach were very nice. The service at the beach was great ( chair set up, towels etc). Coffee in the lobby was really good. Poolside drinks were great

Review 32：The room was very musty and I developed a sinus infection. I could smell the mustyness when I opened dresser draws and moved the night stand to plug in my phone. We were in an inside room that didn't get very much Sun which may have had a great deal to do with it.

Review 33：Being right on the beach is where we like to be. Having an indoor and outdoor pool is a definite plus and housekeeping did a good job of cleaning and providing daily towels. The two meals we ate on the property were very tasty but somewhat expensive for what we ordred.

Review 38：I have never written a review of any hotel or resort I have stayed in but I had to with this one. I have officially found my happy place!!! My husband and I went for an extended 10 year anniversary weekend we honestly did not expect to fall in love with the resort. The beach is beautiful. We stood in room 160 ocean front room. All though it had 2 double beds it didn't even matter once we opened the sliding door and saw the view we were instantly in love. The front desk girls were very helpful gave us ideas on what we can do in the cape. But to be honest once we arrived to main at where the stores and restaurants were we just wanted to go back and relax!!! If I had to give one word of our visit it will be relaxation!!! I can't say it enough I will visit 100 times more.

Review 39：We were firstly disappointed at the appearance of the hotel. It wasn't the way it was described.we also didn't feel welcomed by staff and the community. In addition the rooms had an old and musty smell.we were looking forward to a romantic place to celebrate our 19th Anniversary;but we were very disappointed.

Review 57：The 'preferred' room we got for the price was lower standard than I expected. Stained rugs, funny smell, rough sheets, peeling plaster, old furniture. No private balcony or patio as advertised. A common walkway outside door with folding chairs and the view was a parking lot. It had stated 'resort view'.

Review 64：Beautiful beach. They provide towels for beach /pool and you can exchange them throughout the day for clean dry ones. They also provide beach chairs / umbrellas and their staff will set them up for you. The resort overall was nice and a great location. They just need to update the rooms.

Review 76：The rooms were not as clean as I would have liked. I think it is time to update a little bit. A little dark and dingy for my liking, which in my opinion makes the room look dirtier. The fridge was not cold enough to put some cold stuff we brought. The shower head in the bathroom would not stay in one position and had to take it down to wash myself.

Review 77：I love the private beach, the pool outside was great for the versatility of small and a bigger child. The fact you have to not worry about bringing chairs and towels. Tons of activities for the kids. Overall I think it was great.

Review 78：The only thing that I would suggest is upgrading all rooms, I mean it's 2014 and the room we had was a bit outdated ... I would say 90's style with a very old tv and decor .... Also use cleaning products that makes it smell really nice (not saying that it smelled bad but the first impression when you open the door was a little poor)

Price paid was not worth it, would never stay there again.
