Review 1：There was no heat, the sink was partially clogged, and I had less than half a roll of toilet paper to last three days. Also, the soda machine didn't work.

Review 3：No clean linens at all, no blankets, no heat in room, no vending machines, no fitted sheets on the beds... just a disaster.

Review 6：I liked the location of the motel, the quietness, the friendliness of the staff. The room is big enough for me and I notice no broken items. I felt safe parking my car on the inside of the motel complex which was great.!
Review 7：Poor TV set. Door opening to outside. Elevator not working and inconvient to get luggage up and down stairs. Cost per room with extra family member require extra room which makes it more expensive than other places with extra bed in room. Tel line did not work. No reception area for waiting or coffee

Review 9：I can't say I didn't like anything because it's extremely clean for a motel, basic and modern but surprised their so clean to be a motel and the sheets look way better than the red carpet inn for less I got more than what I expected. The smoking rooms actually don't smell like smoking rooms. They didn't have any soap or shampoo but that's fine that's the only con about it but there are near by pharmacy and stores around so it really makes up for it.

Review 11：My flight changed, so I wanted to check out a day early...instead of giving me a refund they ended up with me checking out a day early anyhow and keeping the money! Things change, customers sometimes have to switch schedules...it happens! Giving me a refund would have been the correct thing to do!

Review 13：The driving directions on booking dot com were incorrect. The hotel is located on hwy 1, and you don't need to go back into the neighborhood to find it.

Review 15：There was a guy knocking at 1-3 am. Me and my boyfriend were trying to sleep after having a long hard day and he kept coming to are door knock four times and leave. I would answer the door but nobody will be there until about three o'clock in the morning I waited for him and find found out who kept knocking, waking us up. And we had to be at work at 5am didn't get much sleep

Review 17：Rooms are very small and extremely spartan. There was no lamp on the nightstand. When we checked in, the bathroom floor was dirty and it was not cleaned at all during our four day stay. There was an ice bucket, but no cups. No hand towels. No complimentary shampoo or conditioner in the shower. Beds were situated on metal box frames that I stubbed my toes on every time I walked up to the foot of the bed. The main lighting in the room is a florescent light over the beds that makes the space feel more like an office than a relaxing place to rest.

Phone was cheap, no easy indicated way to call front desk to ask for Wifi key. Then they let it ring forever so I had to go down and ask. Fan/AC unit had bad smell and I could not use it as a result. Windows in the room # 205has not locks, this is not safe, when you leave you room during the day.This is offense to charge $ 60 per night for this room, which hasnothing absolutely. I do not recommend this motel!

The bathroom door had feces on it, the chair had icing, the walls were full if holes and covered in dirt, the carpet was not something I would ever put my bare feet on, the shower towels I was supposed to use had stains on it... I would NEVER stay here again.
