Review 1：Just heed the other reviews: bring your own pillows and towels; don't expect amenities (it's really budget, as in a shelter for the night).
Review 2：Manager responded to after hours call (10:30 PM), came back and gave key for late check in. Water was hot.
Review 3：Bathroom could be renovated. Tiles needed replacing. Tv remote didn't turn tv on or off, and didn't work on volume, it did change rhe channels.

Review 5：We didn't like that if we want we have to pay more for a non smoking room when we already have a reservation for a non smoking room. So although they tell us before we should have what we pay for in the reservation. The room smell terrible for the ones that don't smoke, so we couldn't sleep good and we feel uncomfortable.
Review 6：The staff was amazing, a man give us the explanations we need and try to make us feel the better as possible. He also gives us tips so we don't make mistakes in the future when we are booking a place to stay.
Review 7：Quality of room. Broken tiles in bathroom on the floor n a messed up job around the shower, messed up tv, room smelled like mold n mildew. Mattress was soiled.

They got everything you need. I read all thenegative reviews and horror stories about this place after I made myreservation but before I stayed there. I expected far worse based onwhat I saw online. However - it was all bs. Obviously you get what youpay for and anyone who can't see from the onset that this is anolder, cheap hotel is a complete idiot. I don't know what peopleexpect - I mean it's even called the budget! For Godsakes people,lighten up. I promise you I have stayed in far worse. Another thing andthe biggest thing - it's the cheapest in Titusville, not one of thecheapest, but the absolute cheapest. I'll gladly stay there again.Once I had a regular room and another time I had reserved a regular roombut they were booked up so instead they gave me the bigger suite when Igot there with Sofa, fridge, microwave, kitchen sink etc. I've payedmore for worse and gotten less I can promise you that.
Review 14：Run down beyond belief! Yet cost a few dollars less than a better place. Moldy bathrooms, mattresses and box covered in thick plastic, sticky carpets, peeling paint, sticky tables and night stand, dirty microwave. This is serious, not a joke! I would never recommend this to anyone! Toss in the few dollars for a proper place.

Review 16：The hot water did not work room was trashy. Owner of the establishment was rude when I brought the issue with hot water. Would not give a discount. Told me to wait for the water to warm up and told me to post my comments online because he did not care.

When we booked we didn't realize office closed at 10pmbut fortunately there was a phone # to call. Turned out to be the ownerwho offered to come check us in...an hour late! Wow! Review 21：High dog fees, stayed 2 nights and they wanted to charge twice, dog fees times two night, times 2 dogs...would have cost more for two tiny dogs to stay there than the people. I negotiated a lower fee but the whole experience could have been avoided if the dog fees were clearly posted on line when booking.
Review 22：Location was very good, close to everything, wouldn't want to walk around after dark however.
Review 23：Poor all around, they switched a room after a new tv could not be fixed and lights did not work and attententt broke a bulb glass all over, switched rooms and tv remote was not correct for that tv, the place was full of construction workers stayin g there, and I asked for a full refund, but did receive two nights. Refund. Lithos budget motel is at least 60 years old and a health concern and should be reported for many health violations.

Review 25：The door to the room barely shut. You could hear everything outside(walls thin) The bed had a plastic wrap on it so it was very uncomfortable.
Review 26：We enjoyed that it was so close to the wedding we had attended. It was pretty clean and it had a flat screen TV. It also had a sofa which was not used but was a great addition. Would stay again.

Review 28：All of the staff were very polite! The manager even offered me a bottle of water when I started coughing! They could see that I was tired, therefore they quickly prepared a room for me even though it was hours before normal check-in time. I felt like a VIP by the way I was treated!
Review 29：Key to get in (outdated) 1 sink needs to be replaced. no hair dryer, no one at desk until 8 am. Bathroom needs upgrading. Towels were small and old.

Review 31：There are times when a renovation doesn't help anymore, and you have to tear everything down...this moment for Budget Motel passed a very long time ago. The motel us very run down, bed was squeeky, shower with a dirty small closet, cocroaches happily running around, for our luck no bugs in bed. Motel is full of, I think - long time residents, looking really unwelcoming. well, but in theend you get what you pay for...

Review 33：We booked the hotel with intention of staying multiple nights at a reasonable price. After unloading our bags and moving into our room, we were called by the office and informed at our price stated, we were the wrong unit of rooms. Our choice was to pay an additional $12 or move our belongings to another unit in the hotel. Tired from driving, we opted to pay the additional money and check out the next morning. How sad, asking us to move after unpacking suitcases, coolers, etc. Did the additional cost really make a difference as most of the hotel was empty on Friday evening and for the most part the rest of the week where we stayed at the Motel 6 in Cocoa. The hotel clerk made a mistake and passed the inconvenience to the customer. Poor customer service.
Review 34：The manager was very helpful with directions as he knew we were house hunting. Staying at this hotel would have more convenient as we purchased a home in Titusville.
Review 35：The place is pitiful from the sign outside and the building structure to the room itself. Ugly and creepy. It was hard to even identify the office at this place and it was scary walking around the building trying to find it. Absolutely no amenities, sink two feet off the ground, shower head maybe five feet high, the tiniest, scratchiest, most threadbare towels you ever saw (two), and the funkiest (roadkill-like) smell you can imagine especially in the bathroom. We never took our flip-flops off in this place..... even in the shower. The power button was missing from the TV so you couldn't turn it on. My husband the door to the room wasn't even meant to be an exterior door. He built a barricade in front of it at night to make sure a person couldn't get in easily. (They had regular key locks and you could not lock the deadbolt from the outside.) There was a big arm chair pushed up against an interior door to (what used to be?) an adjoining room. Didn't feel comfortable leaving our stuff there when we left during the day and took anything valuable with us when we went anywhere, which was a real pain. This place should not be allowed to book rooms. We moved to the nearby Quality Inn after two nights and felt like we had moved to the Ritz. The Quality Inn is a wonderful place to stay for the money (just ten dollars more).... surprisingly nice with all the amenities one expects and a beautiful pool.

Review 39：Where to begin. We checked in and had to pay first without even seeing the room. We left right after throwing our bags in the room without even checking it out but noticed a big gap at the bottom of the door and you could tell the side of the door/lock had been tampered with obviously because someone had broken in. When we returned around 1030pm we got to inspect the room. It was disgusting. The vents had spiderwebs in them and were just nasty. There were 2 lizards running around the room. And not to mention just how indescribably dirty the bathtub was. Found old cheetos behind the nightstand. Then when I go to find the office clerk apparently they close the office at ten and go home. There was no one there, it was locked up, I rang the phone 3 times with no answer. I find that kind of crazy that no one was there to tend to the guests. Then in the morning after complaining how gross the room was he lets me look at another and its equally gross. So finally he offers to give me a nicer room but ends up making me pay the difference for the suite. I just find that ridiculous and usually am not a complainer but it is worthy of a bad review.

Our room was ready and the owner waited until we were comfortably settled in before he closed up and left. The room was great for the value and we were very happy with our service.

You could see light coming in through the cracks in the door all night. You could here the electricity "buzzing" when you turned on lights. Didn't feel particularly safe in that environment.

Breakfast was great (dinner SUCKED!). But, I don't think that you can do better on the price. If you just need a place to crash, it's a great value.

Review 109：The room was dirty, damp, run down, and smelly. The mattress was encased in plastic (hence, no bedbugs) which meant it was hot and sweaty to sleep on. In the middle of the night I woke up to the sound of some large creature chewing inside the walls of the closet (not mice - this was bigger). The motel is located between two major roads so it's very noisy. I'm not a fussy traveler - I camp all the time - and I don't expect 4 star quality at 1 star prices, but I expect to be able to sleep without worry. If you're the same, find another motel!!

Review 111：A great option for those on a budget. Not a modern motel by any stretch, but it is comfortable and clean and everybody who works there couldn't be nicer. I've stayed at the Best Western in Titusville, which has been more recently renovated, but this came in at 1.3 the price and was in no way 1/3 the room.
Review 112：The lady who checked us in was on the nasty side, and had the nerve to share with us, the reason she was moving so slowly, was due to the fact she had a Boil on her butt. That was way too much information. Once she finally got to checking us in, she said I owed more money, because I had not booked a room with a fridge & microwave. I was sure I had, but I ended up paying her an additional $37 to have the fridge & microwave. Once in our room, it smelled like something had died in there, so I started spraying my wife's perfume through out the room. Floors were dirty, to the point that when my 4yr son took his shoes off and walked around a little the bottom of his white socks were black. I decided to take a shower after our long trip down, just to find out 2 minutes into my shower that the drain was clogged, and I had water standing well above my ankles. Called front desk, and they said they could send someone to look at it, and when the guy came he smelled like he had been smoking pot.. I was so upset, that I wanted to go somewhere else to stay, and my wife said she & our son were to tired to go look anywhere else, so the following morning to went over to Save-a-lot grocery store, and just purchased cleaning products to clean for our stay. I will never stay there again, nor would I recommend this place to anyone else.

Review 114：original plastic still on mattress, so made noise everytime you turned. Chair not comfortable, old TV, one of the beds would lean everytime you sit on the edge. Vertical shades did not close properly and let in too much light from light outside. Asked for ice and got a little plastic bag with maybe a cup full! Stairs at one end being repaired so had to walk a longer way to get to room.

The room was shabby looking. The hotel was advertised as being remodeled, but the only thing new in our room was the mattress.

Review 120：Everything seemed too much effort for receptionist. Had booked online from overseas and arrived lateish so no chance of cancelling but deflated and demoralised when we saw the room. First room shown had no refrigerator but when we politely enquired if there was a fridge somewhere we could use, we were allowed to move next door to a room she said she had 'intended' to let us have anyway ( but obviously had chosen not to). This room was somewhat nicer but frankly couldn't wait to leave. 'Grim' was a word that kept coming to mind rather than 'pleasant'.
