Review 18：I made online reservations for three nights at Sunward Park Guest housefrom 13-16 December 2013. It was easy to reach from the freeway. When wearrived there, the friendly staff welcomed us and showed us to ourspacious family room. The facilities were excellent.What impressed me most was their UPS generator, which kept the power supply uninterrupted despite two power failures in the area over that weekend. On Monday, 16 December 2013, we checked out and visited the National Zoo in Pretoria. We spent more time than expected, then decided to stay in Gauteng for another night. You guessed right. We simply called Sunward Park Guest house and our accommodation was arranged. Sunward Park is serious about business and I'll recommend them to any traveller. Malefo Makena Soneike, Cape Town
Review 19：Staff poorly trained, if trained at all. Reception unattended permanently. No host/hostess. Nobody available to accept money for payment for stay.

Review 21：It was hard work sleeping in once the kitchen staff got in could hear every noise. The towel i was given looked like it was ready for the rag bag. I found the hotel was to far out of the way.

Review 23：The initial room booked was very very small, so i upgraded to honeymoon suite... There was no champaigne and i had to pay R120 for a bottle of wine that cost much less than that in a bottle store... My wife requested a certain drink and there was no stock...

Review 27：They have a closing time at night which might make it difficult for some going out at night. Maybe they can consider a swipe card access control entrance for late comers as they already provide remote control for gates. Otherwise they are doing a great job.
Review 28：Excellent service for an South African guesthouse. You struggle to find good customer service there, but their service were outstanding. Rooms were kept in tip top shape and cleaning every day was really as if you are a new customer every day. Home made breakfast. Very close to a hospital is also a plus point for them. Location has easy access to highways as well. Friendly staff.
