Review 1：Only one (small) complaint: the hotel should invest in proper equipment to keep the hot foods hot at breakfast time. It is busy enough, and the food is replenished often enough, that it is not a real problem, but it would improve the quality.
Review 2：Location: lots of restaurants and other attractions nearby. The street in front of the hotel and the park (Praça Achyles Mincarone) beside the church that is built like a wine cask (Comunidade São Bento) are popular gathering places on a nice day. The facilities of the hotel were great! Staff (especially Lorenzo) were very friendly and helpful.
Review 3：I booked two rooms at Booking, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, but the hotel does not have rooms with twin beds, although booking shows this option. The bath tube is high and difficult to get in, mainly for elderly.
Review 4：Location is very good, close to good restaurants and to downtown. Very good infrastructure. The pool is great. Good breakfast.
Review 5：When the hotel is too crowded (it gets tourist "CVC" groups of more than 300 people), things become harder. Taking the elevator, for instance, may be a challenge. Also, the Internet is too weak. The parking lot is too expensive (20 reais a day)

Review 9：(1) The sauna should be included in the price for guests. It is not correct that the host has to pay R$ 25,00 for the sauna. (2) Just found out that there was yogurt of the "Casa da Ovelha" in the morning d coffee on the last day of stay (a pity).
