Review 1：There were no towels in the room, went to office to ask for some. Guy behind guest didn't seem to care,said he send some over. Guess he forgot, had to ask maid for towels
Review 2：The bar staff was friendly and fun.
Review 3：Roaches and dirty room. Mold in bathroom. Last night there the electronic lock broke and no overnight staff. Had to call security to get in room. They couldn't fix it but was able to get us in the room and said if we left the room and shut the door we would be locked out again. No WiFi but employee lied and said it was working the day before and was out at the moment. Other regular guest say it has never worked. Bar (very expensive) and pool close at 9pm even on Friday and Saturday night.

Review 5：Booked Surf motel, got a room on a sister property even though myreservations stated surf motel not fiesta del sol. Sheets were notclean. Room was not ready at said time. They had to close pool downbecause of a dead rat in the pool.

Review 7：It's friendly environment. It's on the beach. With a cross walk. Also wheelchair ramp. Has Patio on your doorstep with BBQ pits and outside tables. Stove works. Refrigerator cold. Good air conditioner worked. It's a older motel. But it works. Especially if you have children going in and out. Children don't have to cross any streets to get to the water. Small pool but very clean. Really don't need pool. Beach super close. Also very close to most stores. Walking distance to louies backyard and most restaurants.
Review 8：The roaches in the bed and restroom. No hot water. No bath towels. Microwave and refrigerate didn't work. Roach crawled on my girlfriend while we slept.

Review 10：We weren't at the hotel other than to sleep. We didn't need or expect much. Although it's not a ritzy place, we found it to be amazing. Perfect location, and surprised that it had a kitchenette. Had we planned on cooking, it would have been used.
Review 11：The room was extremely out dated. The tv was huge. The blinds didn't close correctly and the room didn't have curtains. I would never stay there again.

Review 13：I was informed there was a kitchenette with dishes but it turned out there was a mini fridge, and a microwave. Made it difficult since I came with groceries to cook meals for my family. There wasn't staff 24 hours so when something was needed you had to wait until morning. Bathroom kept flooding from shower as well. Needs lip at the edge or to be a sloped a little more to prevent this.
Review 14：I loved the location! The staff was friendly. The other patrons were very nice as well. It was a peaceful week and the bar and grill was very close and nice. It was a great experience, but would love a little better detailing about the kitchenette. The bathroom was huge! That was definitely a benefit when changing and getting ready in there.

Review 25：The office is staffed by multiple people-and no one can give any answers without calling some fictious manager. No phones in rooms. Of all the places I have stayed this one was incredible dangerous and very unsafe.

Review 36：Full of black mold Rebs was broken bathroom door broken, shower tile cut my foot, fridge fell over.. And I had an asthma attack from all the mold, trash under beds and couch ,roaches no curtains and busted up blinds, bed did not smell clean towels and wash cloths were stained and nasty looking.. Everything covered in thick gross dirt not dust but dirt from not being dusted and cleaned

Review 38：The hotel room itself was horrible! The showers were too small, the bathroom itself was just nasty looking. We never really wanted to sleep in the beds too long because God knows who or what else was in their. Our first room didn't even have hot water!!!! I must admit it was a cheap place to stay but THATS IT!!! If you don't want to spend a lot of money on spring break by all means stay here BUT BE WARNED!! This is not the type of place that you will be bringing a girl back to for ANY REASON

Review 42：The 2nd floor room that they had put me on the 1st night was tolerable. They moved me to a 1st floor room which had filthy floors, the door lock is loose. The shower alternates cold & hot while you're showering. Overall, the room is depressing if you stay longer than 1 night.
Review 43：The beach is just off the bar! great for beach bums who don't really care about their rooms. Also, the grills, tables & chairs on the patio just outside the 1st floor rooms are great! I think these outdoor facilities are the reason locals like to stay here. This was my first time.
Review 44：The rooms needed TLC and updating, door wouldn't lock right, no room phones, had to ask for linens and toilet paper, beds were old and small, WiFi and cell phones would not work in our rooms.

Review 46：EVERYTHING! This is not a safe hotel. There was no heat, no cell phone service and the other few "guests" looked like thugs. There were tossed beer cans littering the sidewalk in front of my room and when I went to the desk to cancel my stay, the door was padlocked and the desk shift was gone... FOR THE NIGHT!!

Review 48：The beds were way to hard. Woke up with a back ache. The sand was uncontrollable. There was no door mats or a broom. As a result there was no way to keep the sand outta the beds. The sheets were not changed so the second night sleeping with all that sand was miserable. Since its right on the beach it seems like this is something they would have provided accomodations for. Not enough towels.
Review 49：They gave us 210. It was on the second floor on the end. It had a wonderful covered patio just outside. It ended up being like a second room for us. This was So relaxing it became the best part of our week long trip driving across the country. We loved it so much we stayed an extra night. The facilities are in need of some TLC and some door mats would have been appreciated to help control the sand. But the location and view made up for it.
Review 50：We had to leave because of a sudden death, and the owner gave us a voucher to come stay again for the days we had already paid for cause we paid for four days and only got to stay one night. So yes very kind people.
