Review 1：room had moldy smell, beds were old and we had back issues, door closed but breezes blew threw and you could see daylight, which means other critters could visit... this place needs and upgrade, even the toilet moved and seat was not even screwed on.. receptionist was less than pleasant in her demeanor, will not stay again

Review 11：There was a problem with the hot water & water pressure during our entire visit: a tepid dibble at best. The staff didn't explain this nor did they offer any sort of compensation for this considerable inconvenience.This was a plumbing problem according to management, but it was very difficult for our family to manage especially since we were in town for special events. In addition, toilet paper wasn't replaced when needed.

Review 15：After renting the room that was missing quite a bit of amenities and then I switched to another room that had plumbing issues and no hot water. I was told I could not change no more rooms because there were no more available, however the next morning the maintenance supervisor informed us that there were indeed more rooms.

Review 24：The door to the outside wasn't fitted properly to the frame so there was a large crack that bugs could get in through. We found a beetle, a spider, flying insects, and something that wiggled into the bathroom light switch all in one night. I felt itchy the entire time I was there. There was a man upfront for check in that was not polite and seemed bothered I was the, however the girl who checked us out was nice. Their breakfast was awful, boiled eggs and sausage left out for I don't know how long without refrigeration. Gross.

Review 50：I had requested early check-in after booking, and it was approved via email. However, upon arrival, the front desk clerk Cyndy didn't accommodate us and said an early check-in wasn't guaranteed. We then had to wait 5 hours in a nearby diner & restaurant before getting into our room. / Bathtub had burn marks & patch repairs. Toilet is too close to the wall. Directory book in room was "sticky" and we found a Cheeto cheesie under the A/C unit. Room needs a deep clean.

Review 59：Every time I tried to get into the room, I couldn't. I would insert the card in the slot and wait for the green flashes, but that's where the easiness ended. The door would not open. I tried numerous times to no avail. I would have to ask an employee to help me open the door. They never seemed to have a problem, but I could not do it. Their excuse? The doors were old and needed to be replaced. Well just do it!!

Review 60：The bathroom is too small and believe it or not I had a hard time finding the office. The entry was tight and confusing. May be more signage would help or better observation by the customer.

Review 61：the room was small, comfortable and clean. I had no problem getting lost in the room. The breakfast was plenty-full and provided by a very friendly, pleasant attendant. The entire facility dates back to the 70's, but they have not let it get run down, everything looks clean and works as intended.

Review 66：The room strongly smelled like smoke. It was a really horrible smell. The beds were not supportive and uncomfortable to sleep on. There was a thick layer of dust on top of the fridge. Not at all clean or comfortable. Breakfast was 6:30 to 9:30 and the workout center was only open 9am to 9pm, so you couldn't work out in the morning before breakfast. Running on a full stomach is awful. The workout center needs to open much earlier.
