Review 1：This was a first floor semi-below ground unit. It was rather dark even with all of the currently available lighting turned on. Need to upgrade most of the furnishings Need to add some additional comfortable living room seating (get rid of the 1970's entertainment center and mount TV on wall or even above the fireplace!). Need more overhead lights as well as larger and taller lamps on bedroom night stands. Kitchen cupboards are horrific (I would suggest just removing most if not all of the ones over the serving bar - this would really make the unit feel bigger and might even help with lighting issues a bit). One dinette chair completely fell apart (was obviously repaired several times before) and another one was ready to do the same. Sliding glass door blinds didn't work and were missing some panels. Unit not very sound proof. Finally, too many dogs peeing and even pooping right on the sidewalk outside of the unit!

Review 2：Location was good overall with excellent proximity to very nice recreation center. Shower was good with nice tile. Unit was sufficiently equipped with cooking utensils etc. Relatively new stove. Heating system worked well. Maintenance man was very friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was very simple.

Review 5：We were very specific that we wanted a Condo in town and modern with 2 bathrooms and a hot tub. We got none of those. It was very old and run down. It had a community hot tub only. It had only one bathroom so we had to shower in club house because there was only enough hot water for 1 maybe 2 short showers.The worst part is it was up in Meadow ridge and not anywhere near town or Resort.We spent a lot of our visit getting to and from places and having to get cabs because the bus was always late. We loved Winter Park and plan to go back next year but we will not book through this company again.

Review 7：The unit is in need of updating. Although it is comfortable an update would make it a better value. We travelled with friends and their accommodations were much nicer and cost less. I was told that each unit is independently owned and consistency is not an option. I feel the owners should have to adhere to a certain standard.

Review 8：I liked the location of the resort. Surrounded by beautiful scenery yet easily accessible. All of the local attractions were just a short distance away. My children enjoyed the hot tub

Review 11：Messed up our booking so they weren't expecting us and the phone number on the booking confirmation just went to a message. Once we found the club house they were able to call someone and she sorted it all out and was very helpful. One of the spare blankets wasn't very clean looked like it was covered in dog hair. The chairs at the dining table were a bit wobbly.

Review 12：Great location in the mountains. The apartment was clean and the kitchen facilities were great. Bed was comfortable and was very quiet. Club house facilities and the hot tub were awesome.

Review 23：I understand that A/C would be unused 11 out of 12 months, but ceiling fans in the bedroom would help move the air around. Even with 45° nights, the condo stayed too warm at night.

Review 27：The unit we stayed in (bldg. 1, unit 3) could REALLY use some updating --the stove was push button and the décor was straight out of the 70s. I'm glad my mother was there because I would not have known how to operate the stove! I expected a more modern look for the money. Also, the television nor VHS/VCR unit located in the back bedroom didn't work. And, the TV located in the main living space had a 15 inch screen! I was there with my elderly parents who watch a lot of TV and it was a bit disappointing. Also, it would be nice if there was a couple of those outside plastic chairs on the patio. The view is nice, and we would've enjoyed sitting out there, but there was NOTHING to sit on... no outside furniture. If I stay in this complex again, I would definitely NOT select this unit. Not for the money...

Review 28：The location of this property is very convenient to Winter Park. It's just 2 miles down the road. Also, there's a very nice Safeway grocery store located less than 5 minutes away --so you can stock up on groceries very easily. I also really liked the free WiFi - the speed was nice and the connection strong. Also, the unit was very clean and spacious.

Review 29：Unit needs updates, especially for the rate they charge - Was not a goodvalue at all. Unit was clean, however, the appliances, furniture,bathroom fixtures and décor were dated and of poor quality.Mattress was not comfortable and the bed was WAY too small. Closet doors are broken in BOTH bedrooms. The shower door was so out of level that a washcloth needed to be stuck between the two panes of glass to keep it shut. No water pressure either. No air conditioning and the windows were in such disrepair that they were almost impossible to open. No access to the unit from the parking area. Even worse, there isn't a shoulder on the street in front for temporary parking either! You have to park in the back in a gravel parking area, and drag your luggage all the way around the front of the building to get in. I did not get the larger unit with a guest bathroom clearly noted on my booking receipt. Only DECAF coffee provide; good thing I brought my own.

Review 32：Our unit was wonderful! The kitchen was fully equipped, and there were many extras in the unit like over 100 DVD movies to choose from, board games and legos for the kids, cd's, local information, and more! I feel so lucky to have gotten such a great unit!

Review 33：Probably the best holiday home we have ever rented. The property is very well maintained and fully equipped with anything one may need either for a short or a long stay. Very quiet location. Close to supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars. Highly recommended.

Review 35：We loved the convenience of having the comforts of home on our weekend getaway. With young kids hotels are not fun it's wonderful for them to have their own bedroom and a quiet place to watch morning cartoons while the parents attempt to sleep just a little bit more.

Review 36：Old mildew/mold smell, stained towels, dust on glasses in cupboard so had to wash everything before using, MUD PIT for parking (really should pave, or put more gravel down). No dark curtains in front bedroom, so saw neighbor's porch light RIGHT outside window through them all night. Second bedroom's second bed was a very small twin, more like a toddler bed, way too small for either of our teenagers. Queen bed in other room was not comfortable at all, slanted towards the middle, and hard. Showers and mirrors in bathrooms were for very short people, tall husband and son (just over 6', not giants), had to crouch way down to use at all.

Review 37：View from room. Having two bathrooms (although VERY outdated, and mildew/moldy-smelling CARPET in both of them). Reasonable price for space we had. Staff at office was friendly enough

Review 38：Could hear Every move from the people above us. Also the fireplace was in disrepair ... Needed to be sealed ... So we couldn't use it after the first night. Would have also liked to have at least one wood bundle there to start with.

Review 56：I was very impressed with this property. It was clean and reasonably priced. The decor was fresh and seemed to have been recently updated, with stone finishes. It was comfortable for 3 adults and 3 children. We were able to use the recreational facilities and enjoyed the heated pool and even the ping-pong table when it was too cool to swim.

Review 58：There is no AC.. fans are provided though. Keep open the windows for some time and you will be comfortable. Each unit is different and there might be some outdated units. So ask the management if you don't feel comfortable with the allotted unit.

Review 59：We stayed in Court 11 here for 3 nights on a long-weekend. Our flight was delayed and we finally reached the office at 2 AM and couldn't find our key in the late check-in box. we called the emergency numbers and Tiffany(receptionist) came to rescue and came to office in those wee hours. Our unit was comparatively very cheap than other options in Fraser but yet very clean, homely and comfortable. This is a resort situated in an excellent location and has all the facilities in good condition. There is plenty of sunlight in all rooms of the unit. Though it is based on vast property, I was pleasantly surprised by how good the wi-fi works here.

Review 114：Both the kitchen faucet and the shower head in the bathroom had issueswith spraying all over (due to build up). It would be nice to have had afew more cooking items (pans, cookie sheets, etc) available. Thesofa/sofa bed was in very poor condition. Just sitting on the couchwas not comfortable (and other than sitting at the table or on the floorthere were no other options), but when we opened the sofa bed our firstnight, we discovered not only was it not made up, but that it was interrible condition and unusable.

Review 115：The condo was very clean, and while the sleeping arrangments weredifferent than what was advertised, it still had enough beds toaccomodate us. The pool and hot tub were clean and provided some closefun for the kids. The full size refridgerator was clean and there wereplenty of dishes and utensils. There was also a stove/oven,microwave, and toaster which were all in good working condition. Thestaff where we picked up the keys was very friendly and helpful.
